James and I worked together for 4 months at an elementary school tutoring 3-5 graders in math and english. James is professional, intelligent, and creative. It was a pleasure working with him. He cares very much for the youth in our community.

Marcia is an excellent tutor. This pandemic has really made things difficult for our family to keep our children on track with homeschooling. Marcia hit the ground running with our daughter who had become discouraged with all the work she had to do. Marcia was able to look briefly at the curriculum and come up with a plan to not only get our daughter back on track but motivated her to keep the momentum going. She has been a very positive light for our daughter. We truly appreciate her.

In 2013 and 2014, I took English classes with Marcia Albergo. Marcia was a very different kind of teacher. Unlike other teachers, she fostered a love for the language. She encouraged everyone in the classroom to reach their potential. Her method of teaching was also different than the other teachers I had. She used a variety of materials that not only helped us to learn English, but also encouraged our desire to learn. She covered a variety of topics and subjects that held the interest of the students in the classroom. Whether it was learning new words on each new page of a book or new expressions, I was challenged to learn the English language in a variety of ways. I believe she did a good job as a teacher because I was actually learning more than just English. I was learning things about the world that I never knew before. Thanks to her method of teaching, I have learned English well. Marcia was my favorite teacher.

I have take lessons from Marcia several years ago and highly recommend you take lessons from her as well. She helped improve my English greatly, because she is very professional teacher. Marcia always well organized and prepared. She use effective teachings methods. Gramma exercises, verbs conjugation, colloquialisms, expressions, discussions helps me become a fluent speaker.
She can connect to her students on multiple levels and give for them support. Marcia is very responsible and extremely helpful, she always answered in all my questions. Marcia is a great teacher and friend.

Rolando is an excellent teacher with great patience. As he has lived in both the U.S. and Japan for a long time, he knows lots of exciting things, including cultural ones. Anyway, it is fun to have a class with Rolando.

I took away a whole array of new strategies and techniques to help preserve my voice and to increase my range. What a surprise- I had no idea I could sing so high!! Kathleen is a wonderful teacher and a really super lady. I'll be back for more lessons in the fall.

My daughter is really enjoying her voice lessons. Kathleen is a talented, caring teacher and knows how to make the process effective and fun for my daughter. My daughter loves being able to choose the songs she wants to learn, and this collaborative process keeps her quite interested and inspired.

Mrs. B is a wonderful and dedicated teacher who focuses diligently during class sessions. She thoroughly explains terms and technique and is friendly and sociable. Her extensive knowledge of languages comes extremely useful in Italian arias and other folk songs as to explain the meanings of words and to convey motion. Her classes are enjoyable and fun, while still being comprehensively academic.
