I was looking for a vibrant, fun piano teacher for my kids as they were not motivated by strict teachers who also taught them boring songs they could not relate to. What a gift of a teacher we found in Catherine. Not only is she warm, kind, caring with an easy rapport for kids and adults alike but she is also an excellent piano and voice instructor. This talented lady is a professional singer too who is well versed in Broadway show tunes and opera too. She also instill her students with a sense of musical rhythm and is holistic in her approach to kids who might need a little physical warm up before class in order to attend better. Catherine’s voice is magnificent and we were fortunate enough to attend a show where she played the lead for The Taming of the Shrew.
She is a professional voice and classical opera teacher too and this complements her piano instruction .. A perk is she can travel to your home or does lesions in her own home . In addition
is a passionate, excellent voice teacher for anyone who is looking to hone their vocal skills and talents. I wholeheartedly recommend Catherine - her lessons are more than just teaching - she is a true mentor and educator in every sense of the word.

Extremely caring and knowledgeable. My grandchildren loved her while we were taking lessons. We only stopped because they live too far away. I highly recommend Catherine!!

In my class the focus will be to tailor the movement to your specific needs whilst sharing with you all my knowledge to help you grow and achieve your goals.
We will work on your technique as well as your artistry.
A beautiful dancer doesn't only have a strong technique but the ability to embody a character and convey a story through movements.
All my classes are open to all levels, if you are a beginner dancer we will take the time to go in details through every moves, if you are more advanced I will challenge your technique and artistry but most importantly we will have fun sharing our common passion for dance.

About Sacha

We’ve had two classes at the time of this review. Our expressed goal was to introduce my daughter to different techniques and keep her in motion, to hopefully foster a love of dance. Sacha is magnificent, she has exceeded our expectations. The first class, while she was getting to know my 6 year old daughter, she seemed to observe and adapt to her, meeting her where she was and sharing control of the class, even letting her suggest a dance world involving rainbows. She let her use her imagination while teaching the movement. Needless to say, my daughter told everyone standing still that she loved Sacha and loved dance. Second class, Sacha started class with concepts of ballet, capturing my daughters attention easily. Historically, she will stall and distract when in lessons, but not for Sacha. My daughter also has a tendency to interrupt and share, and Sacha is patient and acknowledges and redirects her with grace. She also remembered the discussions they had during the last class and asked about it, which is a beautiful way to show a child that what they think and share is important. My daughter asked her about Frozen and the next class she used a Frozen song for choreo. Outstanding. She also offers a great deal of praise which is so important for early learners. I feel lucky to have found her, highly recommend her to teach children and any student who thrives in a supportive, positive and encouraging environment.
Claire
We just finished our first lesson and Miss Sacha was so good with our daughter that she can't wait for the next lesson!

Sacha is an outstanding teacher, will recommend her 100%, the way she made me connect my emotions with the movement was amazing

6 Mistakes You’re Making on Your Acting Resume

Professional actors often can’t help but feel a little powerless when it comes to the process of auditioning and booking jobs. Sure, from the outside people think that actors have some say in creative aspects, but your input and personal preferences are really quite insignificant in the process (well, not until you're on a Brangelina level at least). So while you're on your way to superstardom, it's smart to leverage the opportunities at hand. The first area you have control of as an actor is …
