I've been singing since I was six and started to take professional lessons from professors when I was 13. I am able to give you a strong foundation to pursue you singing career. I focus on breath support, technique and music theory. After every lesson you will have a recording in wav. format to listen back to. I also create demos for my students.

Classical singing is my specialty. I am a trained classical singer myself. One of my students of 6 years is now going to Manhattan School of music.

I teach the same technique that the greats of the Golden Age used. Lots of science-backed technique designed to strengthen your voice and help you sing healthily. We will choose material appropriate for your voice type/age/range and apply the technique. I also place heavy emphasis on breathing technique, vowel modification, diction and foreign language pronunciation.

A highly experienced piano and voice coach and an in-demand accompanist, Tatyana has been teaching music and collaborating with a number of outstanding music instructors and singers. Most recently she has accompanied for the late Maestro Daniel Ferro’s students.

Ms. Zhuk has successfully prepared dozens of students for admission to the most competitive specialized middle and high schools in New York City including The Bay Academy for the Arts and Sciences, Mark Twain Middle School for Gifted and Talented, Stuyvesant High School, LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts, and Brooklyn Tech High School.

Jane Ericksen's Classical Voice teaching focuses on helping students find his or her optimum resonance and increased vocal range and agility by utilizing multiple languages and many classical pedagogical approaches.

I have a degree from the Manhattan School of Music in classical voice performance. I also performed in the Phantom of the Opera on Broadway for 4 years, and with the Cats national tour for 4 years, and was privileged to be in the revival of Cats on Broadway for its entire run.

My passion is singing and I am pursuing a Master’s degree in classical vocal performance at the Mannes School of Music. My voice teachers have greatly impacted my life and my goal is to inspire my students in a similar way. I have acquired many different tools for teaching through my studies and teaching experience. Everyone has a unique voice and learning style and I tailor my teaching to each individual.

Students of all ages and levels are welcome. Styles that I teach include art song, opera, and musical theater, with a focus on building a solid and healthy vocal technique.

My experience in dance, Alexander Technique, and acting informs my teaching approach. I include body awareness, character interpretation, and making the music come alive as an integral part of the lessons. I love to teach and enjoy helping others discover their voices and achieve their personal singing goals. It would be a pleasure to help you discover your voice!

I have a unique background in that I am a professional performer myself, an educator with a Masters Degree in performance and pedagogy, and someone who has regular “behind the table” interaction with the Broadway community and colleges that offer Musical Theatre degrees. I have worked on the Voice Faculty at New York University, Cap 21/Molloy, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and Broadway Artists Alliance. I also trained as a Vocologist and Singing Voice Specialist with members of the NYU Langone Voice Center medical staff, and I am passionate about voice science and helping singers stay healthy for life!

Abaigael is a board certified music therapist and musician based in Brooklyn. She graduated from Marywood University in January 2017 with a degree in music therapy and a concentration in voice. Abaigael has been taking private lessons since she was 13. She has won many vocal competitions throughout the years and is well versed in many styles of singing. Abaigael believes that all of her students should truly enjoy what they are doing, and she uses her music therapy and vocal training to design lessons based around the students’ goals. She also has many years of experience working with children who having disabilities and is able to create adapted music lessons for students who may have difficulties learning. She is passionate about being able to share her love of music with others!

Hello there! Experienced teacher of 5 years specializing in classical music and opera. I base my technique in breathing exercises, voice placement, tongue and jaw placement and other techniques in the quest to help you make a beautiful and healthy sound! We will work on how to produce the best sound you can while also working on repertoire, not only expanding your knowledge on vocal technique but also your knowledge on vocal repertoire!
