I have a 100% rate of getting my students into their school of choice as of yet. Although I don't guarantee it, I will work relentlessly to make sure you are well prepared though. I will also lend you PDFs of books to help you save a buck.
About Scott
I have been playing drums and percussion since the ripe old age of 9, in 4th grade. Originally wanting to play the clarinet, my music teacher thought my sense of rhythm was too good to waste and placed me in the drum section. I was the only kid who didn't want to play drums. Over twenty years later

Kimberly is a great teacher. She is always prompt and ready for the lesson. If a student runs behind she makes sure to catch them up and follows up on their progress. I enjoy taking classes within the convenience of her home. She is very organized and I look forward to her lessons weekly."

On top of building the physical mechanics and techniques to become a drummer, Rob put even more emphasis on how I internalized, felt, and heard the music. Each lesson focus was equally weighted with theory, practical use, real-time listening, and execution - developing all my senses and slowly building my foundation so I could take the material and know how to grow upon it outside of the lesson room.
Lessons with Rob is more than learning a cool fill, or a fun groove - even though those do happen - but it is learning how to become a musician, and I'll carry the lessons learned from him with me forever."

This is it! Michael C. is it! I have taught music for years and I have watched my children take music lessons for years, but I have never been so impressed as when I watch Michael C.! My son has been taking lessons with Michael C. for a few months now and without fail he is always so sad whenever Michael's lessons comes to a close. Michael C. has developed his own - (that's right his own work sheets, his own methodology, his own songs) - style of teaching that is so incredibly fun for my son, and as a parent watching I cannot stop wanting to pull out my phone to take video of every moment! My son is learning and building a foundation based on the clear fundamentals of drumming, while at the same time learning how to really control the drum set at a very high level of musicianship. What my son has learned, and how much Michael is able to motivate my son to achieve is simply unbelievable. I have never witnessed a teacher who is this concise and thorough in teaching the core fundamentals and yet so creative and fun in teaching REAL MUSICALITY! Michael C. is a must for your child or students! This guy and his teaching methods are exactly what a parent dreams for their child to experience in a drum teacher."

Andrew Brown is a great teacher! I didn't have any music experience when I signed up for my first class, but he was extremely patient and despite a lack of natural rhythm I learned a lot in every session. Most lessons would incorporate exercises, learning a new beat or technique, learning a song by reading music and learning a song by listening to it. I was never bored during one of his classes as the material was always challenging enough to keep my focus, but not too hard to make me feel frustrated.
I would recommend Andrew Brown to anyone who wants to learn the drums! He's a great teacher and a really nice person!"
