Hello. I was born in Korea and was raised there for more than 18 years. My first language is Korean, and I have been teaching students from take lessons and another academy. I can teach you from beginner level, and you will be able to see the improvement in speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills in Korean. If you are interested in focusing on only one skill or vice versa, we are always available to adjust our lessons according to our discussion. I know that learning another language is not easy. We will go through step by step, and you will feel more comfortable in opening your eyes to the language.

My name is Myung, and I am a native Korean speaker. I graduated from Ewha Women's University with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Literature.

I obtained a master’s degree in TESOL and Linguistics at West Virginia University in 2020. I have teaching experience in English, Korean, and Chinese between ages 5 to 15, as well as adults including college students. I worked as the Vice Headmaster in the Korean Language School of State College, PA for five years.
While my degree is in linguistics, I am a Tamarack artist, and I am a juried member in the West Virginia Watercolor Society (WVWS).

From personal experience as a nonnative speaker, I understand why students have difficulties in learning English or Korean, and I know how to teach language in a fun and effective way, so that language-learning can be a pleasant experience for students. Also, as a parent, I know how important it is to teach with compassion, I try to be a patient, warm, and passionate motivator for students. I ...

I have over 7 years of experience and can teach all levels from beginners to advanced. Also, I can teach Korean through cooking Korean food, which means I can teach not only the language but Korean culture as well. I have my own website for introducing recipes of Korean food and give the cultural background.

I was born and raised in Japan. I moved to U.S.A and married a korean. My journey of learning korean has begun since:) I self-taught myself and took some lessons. I have obtained TOPIK level5. I have three trilingual children. I am willing to teach students of all ages. Let's have fun learning!
