Easily understand the "clave" patterns and rhythmic structures of African drumming, with a look to their roots in countries such as Guinea and Senegal, as well as how they have evolved into popular American culture.

A rope-tuned skin-covered goblet drum played with bare hands, originally from West Africa. Starting with basics of learning hand techniques, rhythms, tuning, and bass, tone, and slap, which have low, medium, and high pitch, to play along with songs.
