Nick is a fabulous instructor. As a novice player taking lessons from a pro, he is able to instruct and motivate me to improve my skills. What I like most is his ability to be flexible when teaching the lessons. (I just learned how to pay Purple Rain because I was devastated when Prince died). I shared my feelings with Nick, and he showed me the chords.
He makes my on-line classes feel as though I'm in his home. He is highly skilled and supports my vision of being in a Rock Band one day. He chuckles and ... We Rock on!! I highly recommend Nick!

About Bob
Hi, Bob here...... very much looking forward to meeting you! I've been teaching music since 1980 (Guitar, Bass, Piano and Voice) and I love helping my students play well! Of course we throw jamming and/or composing music into the mix when desired and appropriate. Many of my students perform, and record their music.
I earned my degrees from the Berklee College of Music for Performance and Music Ed. in 1980. I founded my School of Music in 1983, which served as a prep school for Berklee and other schools. We offered private instruction, courses, ensembles and recording courses and producing artists and band's CD's. Many of my former students have become major stars and celebs in music.
I'm a warm, funny, passionate person. I love to teach and my teaching style is a patient, step by step, and custom tailored approach for your individu
al needs and goals. Always an emphasis on FUN! My philosophy as a teacher is to give you the tools and help you develop skills with them so that you can learn and grow musically on your own! I look forward to helping you reach and achieve all your goals!

I am a retired professor / consultant and have been taking acoustic guitar lessons from Tim for six years. I began as a brand new student with no background concerning the guitar but do have a background in voice and instrumental music (piano and saxophone) as a youth. As a subject matter resource, Tim is an individual that is exceptionally knowledgeable. He has excellent experience in the world of guitars: from the point of view as a luthier, to knowing and understanding the intricacies of a stringed instrument, to having a superb ability as as teacher. As an individual, Tim's personality is one that comfortably guides students and is supportive of them. And, his teaching style is all done with good sense of humor. I am fully confident in Tim as a teacher and without hesitation highly recommend him to students seeking musical instruction in guitars.

I'm a multi-instrumentalist who believes that if you're having fun learning, you're going to want to continue learning. I have over 10 years of experience teaching guitar, voice, piano, drums, and more. Music is my life. I will begin by explaining to you how to learn guitar and what is most functional for you to practice so that you're having fun and are rewarded for all of your efforts with the gift of jamming. I thrive every time a student internalizes a basic or complex concept. Teaching is my life and I would be more than happy to improve on whatever knowledge you have of guitar and music theory.

About Bradley
I'm a multi-instrumentalist and teacher that has been rocking the state of Mississippi since I was in 7th grade! I feed on rock, blues, reggae, bossa nova, jazz, celtic, and more. Music is life. I promise that you will have fun in my lessons. I will ensure that you are internalizing every aspect of what it takes to become a professional guitar player. So many instructors that I experienced through the years were missing something. And I believe I encompass all of what they lacked; I teach you to understand the "why" along with the "how".. and to put it simply: I teach you how to practice guitar in order to have the most fun with the instrument. I want you to develop a life-long love for your ability to play!

If you’re looking for some great guitar lessons and a fun teacher, I’m your guy. Rather than focusing solely on music theory and breaking down compositions, we will be focusing more on the joy of playing and letting the technical aspects of playing guitar fall into place later, perfect for beginners!

I’ve been giving guitar lessons now for about four years to people just starting out and have been playing guitar for just over 10 years. I would love to see you have fun and come learn with me! Don’t be shy and send me a message if this sounds interesting.

I have been teaching, playing and performing music (guitar and piano) for the past 40 years. I have played solo, in acoustic duos and 4-6 piece rock bands. This balance between 15 years of classical training and 25 years performing in the United States and Canada makes me the right teacher for you.

About Kevin
In addition to being certified with The Western Ontario Conservatory of Music as a Pianoforte Teacher I started my own music school and gave piano and guitar lessons to over forty students during 1975-1976.

I have over four decades of experience playing guitar in four-piece bands, trios and duos performing at hundreds of venues and festivals across the US. I have also written over twenty original songs, many of which were performed in set lists over the years -- one of which (“Avvagoodwon”) enjoyed some modest airplay during the summer of 1999.

I have an MBA and hold a robust menu of designations in management, purchasing, focus group direction and online marketing research – certifications which augment my passion for music and leadership expertise.

I look forward to sharing my (and developing your) passion for all things music and h
ope that in future I can be a part of it.

Want to learn how to play your favorite songs on the guitar and learn how they work? I'm the teacher for you! I teach all ages and styles and will tailor the curriculum to your needs and goals. I graduated from the Santa Fe University of Art & Design, and have been teaching for the last four years. Send me a message and let's get rockin'!

About Trevor
Willa says:
"A talented guitarist for multiple styles, and a very patient teacher!"

Ned says:
"Trevor clearly explains guitar techniques in line with students’ ability to implement."

I am a diverse and skilled lead and rhythm guitarist. I play Rock, Jazz, Blues, and Balkan music. I started my journey with Eric Clapton and George Harrison in 2004. I graduated with honors from the Contemporary Music Program at Santa Fe University of Art & Design in 2015.

I played lead guitar in a progressive rock power trio called Get Safe for three years. During my time at school, I was also exposed to Balkan and Middle Eastern music styles, which broadened my understanding of music and my technique. My most current project is one that fuses jazz guitar and electronic dance music, which I've titled SOZN.

My passion for music's functionality a
s well as its therapeutic and experimental nature is what has drawn me to a career in music. I look forward to meeting you and passing on what I know to improve your musical skills!

My son Luke was always extremely interested in learning about guitar, but it was hard to find him the right teacher because he would get bored so easily. Luke started taking lessons with Mike when he was 10 years old and and is still with him 3 years later (if you knew my son, that's a miracle!) Mike is a young, fun, and vibrant teacher and I would definitely recommend him. He is always on time and responsible and if he needs to reschedule (which is not often) he has always given me plenty of notice.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about lessons with Mike. I am an adult student who is a singer and was hoping to add some knowledge of guitar into my skill set and he was able to teach me the basics from the ground up. Mike has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment today, but is so humble and the stories he has to share about the people he has worked with are so cool! I was nervous about working with a new teacher as an adult, but he made me feel super comfortable and excited about picking up the guitar. I would recommend him to anyone, regardless of age or experience.
