I believe in having recitals 1-2 times per year for my students. Performances make students progress at a faster rate. Also giving them solos or songs to play and preform later on. I have played with rock bands many places, including Hollywood California venues like the whisky a go go. I've played many places with jazz band and marching bands. Troopers drum and bugle corps gave me the chance to nearly play in every major stadium in the united states. Some competitions were even in Canada.
About Danny
I've played drums about 30 years and taught lessons about 20 of those years. Each student is different and I've evolved my lessons to accommodate teaching each student. My background consists of all styles of Drumset, marching band, rock bands, soloing and Troopers drum corps. Also playing in jazz,

Since then, I've had the pleasure of performing in SDSU ensembles with Jordan. I mean it when I say it: Jordan is not only one of the best music teachers in San Diego, but he is also one of the best trombone players I've ever had the pleasure of knowing."

With all of the music teachers in LA and the world, it is difficult to choose the best. With Fawn, I believe 100% that I have found the best. She is well educated, well rounded and versed in all the musical styles, up on the latest musical trends, yet knows the composers, songwriters and vocalists of yesteryears. She is passionate, fun, compassionate, patient, loving, kind and has a college degree from the 2 top music schools in the world. She has a thorough understanding of music theory, performance, voice, piano and the many ins and outs of the music industry. She is able to teach her students the theory behind the songs they are learning to play, sing, write and record. She is great at sharing the musical journey with her students, guiding them with honesty, tender care and knowledge. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds with Fawn and absolutely loves her. Sheâs helped change her voice into her authentic voice, taught her how to get over stage fright, how to turn her poems into song lyrics and how to produce her own vocals in the recording studio. She is quite simply, the best."
