Faith
"First time meeting Barbara. I can tell she loves what she does and working with students that want to learn how to sing better. She was great with my daug
hter. My daughter is very slow when starts something new and when she first meets someone new. Barbara was patient, keeping class going in positive ways."

"Very good music teacher!"

"Dominic gave me great advice to start learning how to sing !"

"My son was very impressed, asked why we had been taking drum lessons from his local instructor for so long. He was reticent before the lesson saying that
he wasn't sure that our internet connection would be good enough, saying that he wasn't sure we could really do a lesson online instead of face to face. He came out of his room after the lesson and said he loved it, and that it worked really well, that our connection was just fine, and that he could hear everything on both sides. He was very happy with the result. He is really happy to have a clear goal of playing snare on the drum line in marching band, and he's very happy about having an instructor who can really help him to get there. Great experience so far!"

"Eleonora is an extremely talented musician and harpist. She is very patient and caring to her students. She tailors lessons to fit the students needs, whi
ch I personally found it amazing!!! Harp was not very easy for me to learn and I took a very long time to learn my pieces, but with Eleonora’s guidance I was able to learn them in the end. Thanks to her positive and encouraging teaching style, harp lessons were always enjoyable. I would highly recommend Eleonora…you will not regret to take her lessons!!"

"My son has only had one lesson with Lonny this far, but he really enjoyed his lesson. Lonny was very patient with my son (and the rest of my troop which w
ould filter in and out of the room). Lonny was able to pick up where the last teacher left off and made it interesting for my son."

"Because of a throat and larynx condition, I sought help with my voice. Dena was very thorough in explaining the vocal cords and breathing. This was my
first experience with a professional voice instructor and I was very pleased with her input. I received instructions on techniques in breathing which I hope will help my voice. I am looking forward to my next lesson. Thank you."

"Susan is a excellent teacher, she has shown great patience and allows you to learn at your own pace. For an adult student with very little childhood trai
ning and having taken lessons once before as an adult she has done a masterful job learning what I want to learn and has been very open minded on which direction to go in as far as my lessons go. I am amazed that she has pulled some thoughts and ideas out of me that I didn't realize I had and has taught me patience in learning the piano.
If you are an adult student wanting to learn the piano or advance in piano Susan is the perfect teacher, she is flexible and takes the time to learn what your individual goals are in the piano. She has changed courses with my learning based on my interests, and for that I am thankful. If you are looking for a very talented music teacher (especially if you have done lessons before and have been thinking of giving it one last try) I would highly recommend Susan as the person to work with. 5 stars all the way!!"

Guitar Theory | 5 Reasons Guitarists Need Music Theory

By Megan L.

Some guitarists have a lot of excuses when it comes to learning music theory. Guitar teacher Zachary A. shatters these excuses, busts a few myths, and shares why music theory is so important for guitarists after all... Music theory is a vast, almost unending, amount of knowledge. Many of music's greats studied and had schooling for decades. In all honesty I do not believe that you ever really finish studying, at least when you are dedicated and when you have the desire to learn music. Th …
