After searching in vain for a latin tutor for our son in our neighborhood, we reluctantly turned our search to the internet. We're so glad we did. Jonathan is an excellent latin teacher! He evaluated our son's current ability level in latin and has guided him in lessons designed to address his weak areas. Our son is a good student and will work hard when challenged, but he also needs structure and guidance from his teacher. Jonathan provided both and has inspired him to pursue latin with enthusiasm. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful tutor, and we would highly recommend Jonathan Hills to any student serious about improving his/her latin skills.

Jonathan is very nice and gives me a head start on the things I need to know. I wanted to study Latin because I want to keep up my Latin from my old school in Louisville. I have made the right choice. He's a great instructor.

I cannot imagine a better Latin teacher. Prior to having Mr. Hills as a teacher my Latin education was a disaster. My previous teacher had wasted an entire year of classes and I had learned nothing. Mr. Hills not only managed to teach the year I had lost, but catch me fully up to speed and get me AP exam ready for my Junior year.

About Elisa
Hi, there! My name is Elisa Alfonso and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2012 and have loved helping my students learn and/or improve their flute playing, learn/improve their Spanish, and improve their general understanding of music. I went to East Carolina University and earned my BM in Music Performance and a BA in Hispanic Studies in 2016. I strive to make lessons both a fun and productive experience for students, and will use the educational goals that the student identifies to structure custom lesson plans for that student. I strongly believe in explainin
g the reasoning behind activities so students understand the goals that they are working towards in our lessons, and I am passionate about helping my students succeed. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

About breana
Hi, there! My name is Breana and I can't wait to meet you! I've been helping other nursing students since I have graduated and have loved helping my students get past the difficult tests that come with nursing school, understand concepts in nursing, and to study smarter and not longer. I went to wake tech and earned an Associates in Nursing degree in 2014 and then UNCW for my Bachelors in Nursing. I'm an easy going and fun person and my teaching style is to help you understand the concept instead of just memorizing things and to use fun ways for the things that you unfortunately have to just
memorize. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
