Spanish is my second language. My mother was a Spanish teacher in the elementary school level and used music as an amazing resource for teaching Spanish to kids. I'll use the same techniques and ideas, as well as focusing on reading and writing the very romantic language.

About Olivia

I love to create. The way I'm most comfortable creating is through writing; whether it's a song, a short story, a poem or a script. Writing has always been the bass line in my life; the heartbeat.

Music and film are both passions of mine. I graduated from Berklee College of Music where I studied Songwriting and Music Therapy. I was pushed to my absolute limits lyrically and musically within these majors, and I am so grateful for it now that I'm on my own creative journey.

I have a great deal of experience, but I am also still learning. I think it is very important as a teacher to always be learning, especially through their students. Teaching these lessons is, of course, about progress and advancement - but also about enjoyment, confidence building and positive encouragement.

Spanish lessons with me are unique because I am a native English speaker who has had a true love for the language since I was young. I was forced to take Spanish my freshman year of high school, and discovered that I loved it. I studied it for fun outside of class and practiced whenever I could. I ended up going on to earn several advanced Spanish credits during college. I understand that language is always evolving and changing; thus, I do my best to keep up with the current trends in the Spanish language and its regional variations.

About Jennifer

I have been dancing in some form or fashion since the age of 3. I did ballet and tap recitals in preschool, took recreational gymnastics and cheerleading classes in elementary school, and did allstar dance and allstar cheerleading in middle school and high school. When I went away to college, I continued to take classes in many dance styles when I had time. I have never lost my love for dancing. My favorite styles are modern and ballet. I currently own a studio in the DFW metroplex and am excited to expand my teaching to online students!

I have taken Spanish classes ever since kindergarten. I passed the AP Spanish test in high school and then went on to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Spanish at Calvin College.

While pursuing my Bachelor's degree, I studied abroad in northern Spain for 6 months. I lived with a host family who only spoke Spanish and, therefore, obtained real-life experience interacting with Spanish-speaking communities.

About Catherine

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist. I graduated with a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor's in both Spanish and Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. In addition, I have experience teaching both "English as a second language (ESL)" and "Spanish as a second language (SSL)".

My English and Spanish language students can expect to improve each week on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and pragmatics (social use of language). I teach speaking, reading, and writing skills. I am also skilled in organizing and editing papers.

As a professional Speech-Language pathologist, I have excellent teaching and interpersonal skills. I am very patient with my students and love answering questions. My lessons are individualized for each student's goals and preferences. I am here to help you communicate wit

h confidence, freedom, and expression!

About DAMIAN J

Greetings!

First and foremost I want to congratulate you for choosing to follow a path in the Arts! Music is one of the most sacred skills humans possess for no other species on the planet truly comes close to mimicking this treasured ability.

My mission is to help guide you on your quest to making music. I ask very little in return but your full satisfaction in knowing you made the right decision today. Should you accept our time together will be well spent focusing on your strengths in music and eliminating the weaknesses.

I invite you to listen to music, explore different genres and make your mind up as to what you would like to play. Sound is everything so that is my first goal and the hardest to achieve being from a distance. My anecdotes will prove to be useful in getting you to produce the best possible tone quality on the

instrument. Technique is what truly unlocks all doors in music having the ability to play anything comes from scale practice and patterns. Metronomes are a vital part of your success.

Finally reading and basic music theory is the essential skill that separates men from minnows in the sense of making music consistent. The discipline necessary to do this is minimal but important. I trust that you will excel in my class because my methods are tried and true. If at the end of the first lesson you feel you will not progress on your mission with me I completely understand but do think that will be unlikely as I want to share with you my deepest thoughts on how this can be done and in return you will receive the best education possible.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to providing you with some great lessons!

Private Spanish Teacher

Hola, My name is Nohora
Let me introduce you to one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. The Individual Spanish Lessons.
I love teaching individual lessons. In my opinion, one-on-one private tutoring is a very effective and efficient way of learning Spanish.
I believe in teaching real, practical Spanish. ¡Sí! Most Spanish books and programs keep teaching phrases and words that are grammatically correct but that in the real Spanish world are either outdated, way too formal, or only used in one country. With me, you will learn the Spanish that native speakers use nowadays. Not only that, you will learn about the differences in the ways Spanish is spoken in different countries.

About Nohora

I am passionate about teaching Spanish.
I’m a very responsible, organized, patient, helpful and professional person.
You can learn pronunciation and grammar by practicing with me. I know how difficult could be to learn a second language. So, I will be empathic with you. Also, we are going to be able to learn different topics and to master this beautiful language. You won't regret
