I'm glad I found a teacher as patient, friendly and knowledgable as Laurel. I've been taking lessons with her for almost a year. She tailors the sessions to my spooky interests and encourages me to push my abilities.

When we began I had barely touched a piano in my life. Now I'm able to read sheet music, recognize relative pitches and play a list of my favorite songs with independent hand movement.

I'd recommend Laurel to anyone who wants to learn piano regardless of age or skill level.

Laurel has been my kid's piano teacher for a little over four years now. My kids absolutely love her, and I think that is what makes the difference because I want my kids to enjoy taking lessons. Laurel is very knowledgeable and patient. She makes sure students learn both reading music and playing by ear. My kids have come a long way with reading music and playing the piano, and I think a big reason is because of Laurel.

Mike taught Leo in person before the pandemic started and has been doing online lessons with him for the past eight months. He is amazing with both. Leo has a very short attention span, but a deep love for music. Mike has been able to hold Leo’s attention every week for over a year — even during online lessons. Leo has become an awesome little pianist, and has developed a love for the piano. It has given him the ability to express all of his feelings and has helped his attention span for his schoolwork. Mike has so much patience, and always inquires about Leo’s favorite activities. He is great with kids and makes them feel so comfortable. I am an adult beginner violinist. When I first met Stephanie, I had barely touched a violin, but I was determined to learn how to play it. With her help and patience, I am progressing through the Suzuki method as well as doing ear training and music theory. Stephanie is an excellent musician as well as instructor! I strongly recommend Ms. Quinn. She is amazing. I love a teacher who is passionate about what she does and Ms. Quinn has motivated me to love the violin and work harder to improve.
