About Aaron

Berklee College of Music graduate, Aaron M., has been teaching students of all ages for over 15 years.
"I love watching young musicians grow into seasoned players and have had tremendous success with all my students. I believe that learning songs and playing music is a critical element in the learning process of becoming a good drummer/pianist, and musician. This is why I bring a powered PA speaker, mp3 player, and (sometimes) a guitar to my lessons for the student to play along with and learn familiar songs. Over the years I've learned to strike a balance between Reading/Rudiments and Playing/having fun, so as to maintain students interests and growth."

My boys, ages 7 & 5, started piano lessons with Aaron a year ago. He has taught them technique & theory all while using songs they boys love. There are days that the boys are not the most cooperative. Aaron is amazingly patient and persistent in getting the boys to do their lessons. I really appreciate and have learned from this patience when it comes to the nightly practicing. I am pleased that the boys have been working with a male teacher and I think it really helps them relate to the music and the lessons. If you are looking for a patient yet knowledgeable piano teacher, I would definitely recommend Aaron.

Private Drum Teacher

Want to start playing all of your favorite songs quickly and easily? Looking for a teacher who understands what YOU want and what YOUR goals are? Want someone easy to get along with, friendly, and who makes lessons FUN? Then look no further! I am an experienced music teacher with numerous students and I specialize in helping you achieve your goals as fast as possible. No matter the style, age, skill level or temperament of the student, I guarantee I can help you grow as a musician and greatly improve your skillset! Send me a message and let's talk about what YOU want from music lessons!

About Christopher

Hello! My name is Chris and I am a professional musician and music instructor! I have taught music since 2012 and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music from William Jessup University, where I learned composition, singing, instrumentation, theory, ear training, recording and production and many other skills.

Any student of mine will find that I don't care what "the book" says I should teach my student; I care what my student wants to learn. I will only have you learn a new skill if it is going to further your musical experience and give you the tools to accomplish the goals that you set for yourself. If you wanna learn Mozart, you got it. If you wanna learn ACDC, you got it. If you wanna learn jazz, folk or even rock-a-billy surf polka, then guess what; you got it.

My lessons are fun, relaxed and I will NEVER make

you feel bad for a mistake or a missed note. I will help you improve and get better, but not by shouting at you; we will work together to improve your musicianship, and as long as your satisfied with the lessons and the results, then I will be too!

Now, a little bit more about me!

I am the drummer, background vocalist and songwriter for California-based alternative-rock band, With One Voice. I am married to my beautiful wife, Courtney, who also plays and teaches music! I love rock but I have an appreciation for all music, from rap to country to soul to Broadway to classical; I listen to it all! I believe I can make you better at any style of music (and every style of music) so let's talk about how I can help you accomplish your goals, impress your friends, become a rockstar and learn a new, fun, and exciting skill today!

My daughters, 9 and 12, just started piano lessons with Chris. They have had lessons in the past and were so pleased with their new teacher. My 12 year-old is especially shy, and she warmed right up to him. We are really looking forward to Chris coming for weekly lessons.

About Charles

I am an international recording artist and seasoned performer. I have been playing music since the early age of 8 yrs old. I have always been inspired by music and love to inspire others with music. Some of my accomplishments include putting an album out with Universal Records as a Nashville recording artist, having over 7 albums out internationally, and recording and playing with some of the biggest names in the music industry. I am a classically trained musician as well as an innovative and experienced teacher. I have been teaching for over 15 years and have seen many of my students go on to become top-notch performers themselves while pursuing successful careers in music. In addition to being a private music teacher, I have also taught at many schools in the valley including the Center for Educational Excellence School, Grand Canyon Pr

My students also perform regularly throughout the community and are successful in their musical endeavors at all ages. I teach a wide range of genres and styles from classical music, blues, jazz and rock to heavy metal with an emphasis on becoming A-Level lead guitar soloists and song writers. I teach songwriting skills, music theory, and have even helped many of my guitar students be able to sing better while learning their main instrument.

*** Lesson Details ***
I make my lessons fun and informative and have had many students stay with me for up to 7 years. No matter if you want to become a pro lead guitar player or just play to have fun I can show you how to sing and play the guitar or piano at the same time or singing songs from church as well as your favorite rock or pop songs with confidence.

Luther stays where I’m at and then helps me go the next step. That is useful for consistent gradual progress without the frustrations of moving either too slow or too fast (I am a beginning tenor saxophone player). Nice interpersonal style, patient and easy going, while methodical.

I think Luther is great. He works with my 10-year old son on piano, singing and even trumpet and violin as needed. My son has to work hard to progress, and Luther customizes the lesson plan for him and seems to understand him well. I'm really excited about them working together.
