I tailor each lesson to fit your individual needs and will get you strumming your favorite songs, reading music, taking soaring solos, or writing your own melodies while simultaneously deepening your understanding of the language of music. At the end of each lesson you’ll receive an MP3 of all the material covered.

I believe in building music fundamentals while fostering a love of playing. My fun, imaginative, and age appropriate classes are just right for any budding musician! Each lesson is customized to get the individual student excited about music, that means playing songs they like and having fun while learning the essential techniques and developing musicality. I have extensive experience working with children 5-16 and adapt my teaching to promote success for each unique student.

Learning to play the Ukulele is so much fun! Young and old alike enjoy being able to play chords in just a few short lessons to favorite songs. This instrument is especially great for little ones- it's a great starter to string instruments of all types. You can find an inexpensive but good quality Ukulele at most music stores. I teach chords, rhythm and individual note reading so students enjoy themselves while learning to read music!

The Uke is growing in popularity because of it's ease of playing and how much fun it is to play. A great starter instrument to branch onto guitar later on or a unique instrument to master. I can help you master the Uke and have a lot of fun doing it.

Strength in teaching baritone uke, but can also teach traditional uke. Students can expect to learn basic and intermediate chords, strum patterns and songs.
