Experienced and enthusiastic violin teacher of almost ten years looking for students! Lessons are tailored to each student’s interests and learning style, while also developing a solid technical basis. Beginning students start out generally with the Strictly Strings method books and are supplemented by chosen songs as they progress. Most important to lessons is for the students to feel their forward momentum and enthusiasm for learning!

Students of all ages and levels welcome! Teaching experience of 12 years from all corners of the world!

I have over 10 years of teaching experience and teach beginning to intermediate violin lessons. Violin was the first instrument I learned to play and I especially enjoy working with beginning string players. Developing a good ear for pitches and proper playing technique are extremely important for violinists and I focus on these areas foremost. Each lesson is customized for the student’s age, interest, and technical level.

Students can expect to learn music they like to play at whatever level. I focus on a combination of technique, theory, and performance playing.

I have been teaching violin/fiddle for 9 years. My students will learn how to solo, as well as play along with other instruments. I use a variety of materials to suit the student's needs and teach a variety of music skills such as accompaniment, improvisation, and theory at my lessons. I teach to any age and experience level. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

I was raised in the Suzuki method, trained in it, and I believe in it. It is the most effective school of education for new musicians who want to learn reliably. I've been teaching it 9 years.

I can talk to you for days about the method, but I will sum it up as quickly as i can.
