I love working with students and building their technique and musicianship skills beginning at any level. I get the best results from my students by focusing on how to efficiently practice and structure their practicing. Good practice habits from the beginning and a solid foundation are the keys for success, and enjoying your own playing for years to come. Set up a lesson and let's see how we work together!

My teaching philosophy centers around helping students build a strong foundation (i.e. posture, technique, ear training, music theory, etc). The goal is to be able to freely express oneself through the instrument. As part of the training we will eventually compose and produce a song together.
About Leta
I was classically trained by my dad since age 5. Over the years I also became a singer, songwriter, and music producer.

When it comes to violin I use both book and audio. I want to help my students learn to not only read the music but to also hear and feel it. I have been teaching this way for the last few years and found that my students have a deeper understanding of the music by learning the see with their ears. Each student is tasked with coming up with goals that they want to reach, goals their parents would like for them to reach and from there a personalized path for learning is created and followed.
About April
I picked up music when I was very young and have never looked back. I started with the piano and then moved on to the violin, of which I competed regularly in up until high school. In high school I switched the viola and found it to me even more amazing. During high school I competed again in music
