Guitar was the first instrument I gravitated towards and learned 13 years ago, and now my guitar is a must have whether I'm home or on the road. I write a majority of my songs on it & love the unique style of bonding that everyone has in relation to their guitar.

Comprehensive instruction includes an unique approach to fretboard symmetry, troubleshooting technique and musical blocks. Applied to multiple styles, including pop, rock, jazz, and classical.

I teach all areas of Guitar. I teach you how to read the music, understand the theory, and to play many different styles as well as genres of music. I also work on playing by ear and transposition as well as how to follow a lead sheet or chord sheet.

Play the music you want to play. I often use a combination of styles to get you to advance in your guitar skills whether you are a stone beginner or advanced. I've been teaching for over 20 years and can tailor lessons to the individual using the music you want and my large repertoire ranging from simple American Folk through Advanced modern music. I can get you to accompany,solo and also read music too( if you wish). I have concise approaches to all matters of technique, scale work and arpeggios. You can be confident that you are coming to an experienced teacher/player who cares deeply about music and loves helping the student progress.

I've been playing guitar and piano since I was little. I've been playing professionally since I was 16 and can cover many styles of music. Berklee College of Music graduate.
