Rae is a wonderful teacher. I have a couple learning disabilities and have had many different Chinese tutors. Rae is by far the best because she is incredibly patient, genuinely wants you to understand the material, and makes sure to go at your own pace. She wants you to understand what you are learning and wants to minimize the stresses of learning a new language. Rae is fantastic at making me less intimidated with learning Chinese by breaking down the grammar of the language and learning it step by step. Her mission is to help you learn and not frustrate you. She is incredibly patient, intelligent, kind, and most importantly she genuinely cares about her students. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn Chinese.

Ms. Qi is a very accessible and diligent teacher. My son can be difficult, but she found ways to quickly connect with him and get him to open up. She accommodated his need for assistance with his regular work, but encouraged us to "start again" with Chinese which is probably a good idea. Very much appreciate her experience and enthusiasm.

I'm really enjoying my lessons with Yuexin. She's very patient and is able to answer all my questions. She's also happy to customize the lesson to suit my interests; for example, we took some time to go over voice lines in a video game that were in Chinese and then work on the pronunciation and pinyin for them.

The textbook and workbook she had me get have been helpful, and I've been supplementing by practicing on my own using Duolingo. I think the combination has been really effective for learning the language. Yuexin has been great for correcting my pronunciation and teaching me how native speakers would actually speak and write.

Miss HaiBo was extremely patient and understanding. We got to know a little about each other to establish rapport then she evaluated my current knowledge of Mandarin (very little) and then started working with me on a plan to move forward. We covered key areas including tones, the alphabet, and numbers - all in the first lesson!

Miss HaiBo followed up or lesson immediately with additional resources she prepared and suggested homework. It was truly a pleasure to meet and work with Miss HaiBo. I am looking forward to next week's lesson already.
