I have been a classroom teacher for 11 years. I got my degree in elementary education. I have taught 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. I'm best with younger grades. I can help with homework or plan a lesson over any concept you are having trouble with. I like to make learning fun. I have taught math, science, language arts, and social studies.

I teach math to elementary school - college students.

I stress understanding rather than memorizing formulas. This ensures my students can derive formulas/solutions even without memorization.

I know firsthand how difficult it is to learn math whether you are a total newbie, or a budding intermediate, but I have overcame these challenges myself and will guide you to overcome them too. I also have close to 8 years of tutoring experience, which will surely come in handy!

In lessons students can have time to both ask questions and work through problems. I approach the same problem multiple ways to give the student the most opportunities to understand a concept.
