I’m an certified English teacher from Canada and I've been helping non-native English speakers become confident and fluent in English for almost a decade. I'm also a passionate writer. I write articles and social media content to help over 90,000 English learners to overcome challenges, learn and grow.

Looking to improve your English language skills? I have my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and my Bachelor's degree in both Spanish and Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. As an SLP, I have taken multiple English courses and have excellent interpersonal and teaching skills. In addition, I have experience teaching both "English as a second language (ESL)" and "Spanish as a second language (SSL)". I am very patient, and I make the tutoring experience fun and interactive. I have been teaching English to children and adults throughout the United States, Latin America, and Asia for over 10 years. I'm a licensed and highly qualified English as a Second Language (ESL) and English Language Arts teacher. I will assess your language needs and develop an individualized curriculum that will help you to effectively improve your English speaking, reading, writing, listening, grammar, and/or vocabulary development skills. I taught english as a second language for a period of 18 months in Thailand. When learning a second language, it is especially important to create memory devices or activities to help engage students progress towards their language goals.
