Have you ever taken a lesson and the teacher move on before you fully understood? I have been teaching crochet for over 15 years and I know all the signs of a confused student and I know how to help. I don't just teach you how to crochet the stitches, but I give you ideas of what to make. My students love to make fun, quick, and easier crochet items that they can share with their loved ones.

I have crochet array of crochet stitches. I am great at explaining things so that anyone can understand. I have taught middle math for 6 years, so I know how to keep it simple but entertaining.

You bring the materials (I can help you find if needed) and I bring the help, knowledge, and confidence. By the end of the lesson, you will have a clearer understanding of your project and confidence to finish and share with the world.

I am available to do lesson in-person, in my home, or online. In-person lessons should be 90 minutes long and believe me once you get going you would not want to stop.

I have been teaching crochet since 2013, with levels ranging from beginner to advanced. I can teach students the basic stitches to some of my favorite, more advanced techniques, including crocheting in the round, charts, lace, and colorwork.

I am always learning as I go when it comes to crocheting. I been crocheting for 25 years. All basic but fun. I love teaching the basic and learning a few new skills while.doing so.

I've been crocheting for 15 years and I've never had a student leave a lesson unhappy. Within the first hour or so, you'll be able to do the basics of a chain and a single crochet and as time goes on you' will be able to make almost anything and read patterns. I specialize in crochet toys, but have also made blankets, hats, booties, art installations, etc.
You will require yarn and a hook for your lessons. If you wish to practice at home you can purchase both of these in most craft stores for under $5. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!
