I'm a certified reading teacher. I love books, I love imagination, I love teaching people to "see" their stories, but I also love helping them grow in their ability to read and understand what they've read. When a person struggles with knowing how to pronounce or understand the words, reading becomes too much trouble. This is where I come in. I have strong skills in teaching pronunciation, phonics, letter-sound strengths. I'm very patient and willing to help students every step of the way. Just call on me.

Creative Writing is one of the most free ways to write. I've been writing since I can remember, and studied creative writing both in high school and in college. Words are important, but telling the story is so much more significant.
I love to create. The way I'm most comfortable creating is through writing; whether it's a song, a short story, a poem or a script. Writing has always been the bass line in my life; the heartbeat. Music and film are both passions of mine. I graduated from Berklee College of Music where I studied

Learning to read can be challenging in English. Our language, while beautiful, has as many unique characteristics as do our people! Since I have a secondary English minor, I've had long experience in reading, teaching and interacting with many levels of students.
