I've been instructing small and large groups of painters for several years. I love to see people get creative. I've taught beginners as well as long as you have a little artistic talent (even if undiscovered) I can teach you to paint. In order to paint with oils, you must have a little experience painting so I don't recommend beginner level. You may be a beginner at oils, but you should have already painted before. I can teach brush techniques and various subject matters - Abstract, impressionist, still life, portrait (intermediate only) and landscapes/seascapes.

I have extensive experience and a great enthusiasm for Disney animation, including the development of animation technology by Disney Studios. I love teaching students cartooning and animation techniques!
When you inquire about lessons, please include a bit about your current level of knowledge or experience with cartooning, as well as what you would like to learn from our lessons. I also ask, prior to our first lesson, that you provide me with at least 1 sample of a drawing (of anything) so I have a good idea of where we should start. That way we can dive right into lesson 1 and I'll map out how to reach your goals.
Also, there is no need to worry about forgetting what we cover during classes, because I provide each student with their own copy of a collection of tips, tricks, samples, and shortcuts I've put together.
About Cynthia
