This is a great lesson study for anyone who wants to sing(experienced or not).
Beginners would learn to approach their voices as instruments through breathing and use of their diaphragm. All classes would develop their ears through special exercises and harmony. More advanced singers the emphasis would be on stylings and nuances. I also try to develop them as an artist. All lessons are customized to the prospective students in addition to being a lot of fun. I've been teaching voice for about 15 years now.

About Paul

I am a musician who has played in many bands. My primary instrument is piano and voice. I also play rhythm guitar. My current group is a "Who" tribute band, performing a complete history of the rock group, The Who. Please check out our website magicbustour.com I play by ear but also read music.

I have played the clarinet for over 20 years. I started in 5th grade, and have added many instruments to my repartorie since, but the clarinet will always have a very special place in music for me. I love the variety of expression it gives, and how many musical applications it fills, from jazz and classical to dixieland, klezmer, and beyond!

About Ryan

I'm a professional freelance artist, with experience as a musician, a filmmaker, projection designer, actor, and many other things. I've been around the world for many different reasons, and always looking to learn more!

"Dave M. proves you can teach an old dog new tricks

I am a 66 year old retired IT professional that has a passion for guitar playing. During my working years I did not have the time to indulge my desire to learn how to play. After dabbling with self instruction and a few music store instructors these past few years of retirement I finally found a teacher truly committed to his students. I feel like for the first time I am making progress and learning how to play guitar. Dave is enthusiastic and thorough with his lessons and a true professional in his craft. He has instilled me with an infectious desire to move forward and I can't wait for the next lesson to come around. I highly recommend him and his approach to other potential students young or old."

I couldn't ask for more in a teacher. I am a newbie to the cello and Lisa made me feel very comfortable and also, her teaching style is very clear, logical, starting with the basics and building step-by-step. She has a good sense of humor, too. All said, after only my first lesson, I think my learn a new trick: playing a song or two on the cello. Deb Bisacchi, MEd, MSW"
