Greg is a great men also a great teacher, when i first meet with Greg for my first lesson that i known i will be learning by the great teacher.
I had played guitar in the past many, many years but for sometime in my life was so busy working, and focus on raising family but i had to put away my guitar i bought 25 years ago. finally, now i decided to learn to play my guitar again and find Greg on take lesson.com and he has been teaching me just like i am a beginner playing but i am now so happy that i am on a good hand and Greg had been teaching me playing my guitar again. so far so good. Thanks Gregory

I took lessons from Greg when I was much younger say 12-13 for a year or more. He taught me a lot and had me playing guitar really fast, I always tried to do what he asked and he never ever got frustrated if I did it wrong or couldn't play what we were learning right away correctly!. Also all of what he taught me stayed in my head all these years some how and I kinda progressively got better and better!. I'm pretty happy with my playing and a lot of others are to!. Greg has something special about his students and teaching them to play the guitar correctly no matter what or how long it takes, he cares about you as a student. You get out what you put in ,but be patient cause it also takes time. But you'll see the difference later down the road that Greg was the right teacher for learning to play and the theory behind the guitar.....I recommend him as a great guitar teacher!. I myself take lessons from him again at the age of 38 , I was able to find him on Facebook after all these years and we do lessons via Skype, I'm a very happy student, very happy!. And I thank Greg Gladman for that!.

He has taken his time with my son and they have made great success. He goes at a speed that is adaptable as my son progresses. Friendly safe environment to learn. He has so many guitars and other instruments to help the learning process.

I want you or your child to love and enjoy music as much as I do! No two people learn in exactly the same way so I like to work with my students to establish their own personal goals and cater my lessons to those goals. I also am a big advocate of teaching people to play by ear using ear training methods combined with music reading skills and music theory.

About Rusty

I started playing Bass for my church at the age of 17. After graduating High School I Started purusing a degree in Theatre & Vocal Performance at Central Arizona College. I consider myself an intermediate guitar player. I know a few chords, and have learned a few songs, but I didn’t really understand how to improvise. Rusty is a great teacher and has really helped me understand various aspects of music theory. I have definitely improved as a guitarist and a musician. I highly recommend Rusty for all skill levels

I have played and taught music professionally for the last 8 years. I have a diverse background as a musician, playing multiple instruments (drums, guitar, bass, and piano), composing, arranging and producing. Lessons are personalized and accommodated for the student's personal needs/goals. My lessons consist of technique, music theory, sight-reading, and most importantly learning songs/music that you want to learn. In addition to teaching you all the basics of guitar, I try to incorporate time in each lesson where we are both jamming with each other. Since I play multiple instruments, I love being able to jam with students, so that they are able to learn how to make music with other musicians. ALL AGES WELCOMED!

"I had the pleasure of having Adam instruct me the basics of acustic country guitar for a few months. By the end of the lesson , I was able to play three songs from start to finish and was really happy about that! Adam is patient and skilled and I would definitely book him again for another session."

"I've been working with Ahmad for a little more than 2 years. I'm one of those folks that had the intention to learn guitar for many years, but never got over the hump. The Summer that I started taking lessons with Ahmad, it really took off for me. He's fantastically talented and skilled, but he makes it clear that his abilities came with a ton of work, and he gives you a system to get the best results out of your own practice time. He'll work with you on any song, and seems to have a taste for just about any genre of music (especially if its got some good guitar). He'll teach you some theory and get you to read music, but patiently diet this out while recognizing your excitement to learn songs (at least, this is what I'm putting him through, and I imagine others would to). He'll give you practical drills for learning scales, chords, rhythm, etc., and find ways to overlay them so you can start to stitch things together. "Putting it all together" is still a work in progress for me, but I've been pretty happy with the results over the past 2 years, and I've iteratively "ratcheted up" my expectations for where it can all go, heavily due to Ahmad's encouragement. I hope to keep getting lessons from him for a long time!"

"After working to live for many years, and after purchasing all the books, apps, and YouTube channels that seemed promising, I could never find the approach/perspective that could make the process of learning/playing the guitar not seem like an impossible amount of effort at the end of my day.

I've always wanted to be a musician, but it seemed impossible now that I turned 30 and had a corporate job. Eventually, I bought a new guitar, thinking it would my catalyst. 6 months passed and it had only become a talking piece in first dates, so I decided I needed to look for a musical aficionado.

Walking into Francesca's Studio, I felt immediately like I was in the right place.

In what I thought would take weeks, the 45 minutes I scheduled with her, we were playing and singing to some of my favorite songs.... I can't even explain how great this made me feel. I suddenly felt like I could actually achieve this bucket list dream of mine.

Francesca clearly has a talent in helping others pursue their musical dreams, and I'm excited to continue working with her to realize mine."

"Playing the guitar has been on my bucket list for a long time and I finally started taking lessons. I am so happy my first try was with Ahmad. I have been with Ahmad about a year and half, maybe more. Ahmad has so much knowledge and experience I get a really deep instruction from him, from chord formation and music theory and primarily practical practice learning my favorite songs.
Ahmad is relaxed and kind and that goes along way too."

"Francesca is a wonderful teacher! She's very knowledgeable but shares that knowledge in a way that's easy to understand. I've been an amateur musician for over forty years and I've read a lot of books and watched a lot of videos. None of them explained the concepts we went over during our class as clearly and simply as Francesca. In fact, one of the things she explained had been staring me in the face for twenty or more years! She pointed it out and I had a "duh!" moment! She also has a great way of putting a student at ease and making you feel comfortable with her right away. It didn't feel like our first lesson together. Thank you, Francesca!"
