Hello everyone, my name is Danial Asaria and I am a professional chess player that has traveled across the world competing in tournaments representing the U.S. After achieving the master title at age 11, I have become a 5-TIME NATIONAL CHAMPION and am currently the NUMBER ONE 18-year-old on the west coast of the United States. In addition, I have played some of the best in the world including world champion Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura. My peak USCF rating is 2390 and my FIDE rating is 2340 awarding me the titles of national master and FIDE master. (top 5% in the world) I founded the Asaria School of Chess and have taught for three years in chess camps across the state with students ranging from 5-85 years old. One of my biggest teaching accomplishments is assisting one of my students to go from #117 in the country to #13 in the country (gained 500 rating points) for their age group in a matter of 5 months! In addition, one of my students went from 1700-2000+ in less than a ...

At 34 years old I never expected to be taking chess lessons from a young prodigy who is 15 years younger than me. But I am so happy I took the chance. Danial has not only shown me the beauty in the game, but taught me life lessons that I have even used in my professional career. Each lesson really is specified to what I need to work on, and he can answer any single question I ask on the topic. The best teacher I have had in a very long time, and I would recommend him extremely highly. A diamond in the rough.
Angela
Amazing teacher! My daughter has had many other coaches, but her rating wasn't improving. After only a couple months under Danial's instruction she was able to improve 100 rating points and learn more than she did in a year with other coaches! He is a very engaging, hardworking teacher and all around a very nice person.
Ryan
At first I thought the price was too expensive, but after only one class with my son I was blown away! We not take regular classes from Danial twice a week. His ability to work with kids and not only make the game fascinating, but convey complex ideas in easy to understand ways is unmatched! In addition, his many years of international tournament experience and ideas gathered from the best in the world is clearly evident. 10/10 recommend. He is the best teacher I have seen on the platform!

I will teach you how to make video games! I teach the following programs:

Scratch 2.0 - a great program to learn for beginners or children 8 and up! Put together code "blocks" like puzzle pieces to program your game!

Stencyl - For making games without typing code! Similar to Scratch where blocks of code are used, but much more powerful!

Unity - For making 2D and 3D games. We will use a little bit of C# language to code the games!

Game Art - Create game art and animation sprites for your games using Adobe Animate and Adobe Photoshop!

Children or Adults can take any of these programs. I recommend 8+ years for Scratch and 10+ years for Unity. 12+ years to really get into more actual c# coding.

Start your path to becoming a game maker today!

"My first lesson went great! Anne showed me everything I needed to know to help me begin practicing on my own with confidence. She does have two small children who were well behaved, but if distractions are a problem, I would mention that before taking your first lesson. At the end of my two hour session I had sewn my first bag and now have something to show my friends and family! Thanks, Anne."

"Mr.Siddharth is a great instructor. My son wanted to join chess, but I wasn't sure how much online classes can help. After few classes, I could see my son started showing more interest in chess and he was proud of his progress as well. He is looking forward for the class. Thats a very good sign for me. I would highly recommend Mr.Siddharth."
