I've been taking lessons with Susan Scher for about two months now. I can easily say I've been impressed at how much I've improved. I look forward to lessons every week. I feel that soon enough I'll be able to audition for roles in film and television. If you live in the Baltimore area and are interested in voice acting or any acting in general. Contact her and go, you won't be disappointed.

I did not know what to expect when I signed up to take classes with Susan. I decided to take classes with her for two reasons: Her studio is not far from me and 2, the good reviews left by her clients. All I wanted was to learn the fundamentals and techniques about acting. Susan was excellent and very patient. She offered water in each lesson, which is also very kind. Her interpersonal connection brings a sense of comfort. Her studio is very neat and welcoming. I do not have regrets in my selections and I know you won't be disappointed too.

A love of reading is not always inherited, especially in this age of social media, gaming and such, but a passion for the written word can definitely be developed. The key is allowing students to read stories that interest them, as well as discussion along the way, with a teacher they connect with.

I have been teaching reading and writing for over a decade now, and it has been my experience that even kids who claim they don't enjoy reading just need the right tutor and material to have a positive change in perspective.

About Rico

For Parents of Children: As someone who has been teaching for over a decade I have found that one of the most effective teaching methods is through Reading Comprehension. Not only does the student develop a love for reading, but he or she also learns new vocabulary, writing skills, pronunciation, a

My two children have been taking reading and writing lessons from Teacher Rico for over two years now. My husband and I have been very pleased with the results, the kids being among the top of their class, being published in their school newspapers, a few awards in writing contests. Rico's help has been invaluable.

Trigonometry is one of my favorite area of studies in math; I've far surpassed its level of difficulty and yet its real world applications still amaze me. Other than calculus, trigonometry was the most fun to learn in my experience. What makes my lessons in trigonometry so powerful is that I understand where most students struggle because I was one of them first being introduced to the subject. My lessons will cover how to interpret the six trigonometric functions properly, what strategies to use when graph trigonometric functions, solving trig identities as well as deriving all of the Pythagorean identities starting from Pythagorean's Theorem, working with The Law of Sines and Law of Cosines, and understanding complex numbers as well as polar coordinates. Feel free to send me any questions you may have, I am here for your success!

Corey has been the best tutor I've learned from! I started taking lessons with him about half way through a semester that I was taking trig. At this time I had a D in the class and was completely lost during lectures, just after two lessons with him my understanding in trig sky rocketed, I was able to move my grade from a D to a B! There's no way I could've done this without his help!

I feel much more confident in how I present myself to others, especially those I've just met in the formal setting of an interview. Jennie has prepared me with warmup exercises to suit any type of mood, whether it be calming down or harnessing nervous energy in a positive way. Additionally, I learned effective ways to be more present and truly connect with people in interviews. I recommend working with Jennie- she is very genuine and truly cares about her students. How to Write a Haiku | A Short History, and 7 Easy Steps

Interested in learning how to write a haiku? In this article, you'll learn about the rich history of haiku poems, and get to take a stab at writing your own. The haiku style actually originated from tanka, a short poem with a 5-7-5-7-7 syllable rhythm. Tanka was originally practiced by Japanese noblemen and Buddhist priests.
