I am an avid chess player. I am a 3rd category chess player. I am part of the Chess Federation in Peru and USA. I can teach little kids as well as to people who want to improve their openings, middle game, and endgame. My Rating is 1500+.
I love teaching, I can teach you at where you at and take you where you need to be. I only need a student with the desire to learn and to practice.
I like to help students realize they have the intelligence and ability to solve the problems on their own, they just need the right direction. Nothing is too difficult once we understand how to do it!
Very good instructor, I have had two lessons so far with Lawrence. The first lesson he introduced me to the type of software he uses, he referred me to certain websites I should check out, like chessgames.com where we analyzed some master games in the opening that I play and an overview of what we would cover in lessons. My second lessons we worked on some tactics and some positions because I wanted to focus on more of my middle game. And he also helped prepare me for an upcoming tournament I am playing in by going over my openings. His explanations are clear, and he provides many additional resources to explore and study.

lessons I do are fun for children. Chess is very interesting game and it is important how it is being presented. Beginners will learn chess principals and get right foundation for future studies of the game. Students will improve in all aspects of the game. Competitive chess players will learn more about importance of endgames chess tactics and openings that will help them win more games.
I am FIDE and national chess master with FIDE rating 2310. I have been teaching chess in New York City schools and individually for past 20 years . Chess game should be fun for kids if is presented the right way. I will bring to students my expertise and understanding for the game; Many of my students continued to play chess trough their college years. Learning chess is long process of playing practicing and correcting own mistakes. Chess will help to improve concentration, learn sportsmanship, competition and improve memory.
I have been playing chess for 35 years. I play generally three times a week and win regularly. I have taught the game to over 100 people in my life. I mentor a number of young people who strongly believe that my chess instruction and the applicable thought logic lessons I inculcate have escalated their job options. I prefer students at the introductory levels to eliminate bad habits.

Hi there, my name is Siddharth and I have been teaching chess in public and private schools, including private lessons, over the last three years.
I love to see students grow with each lesson and accomplish their goals. Under my tutelage, I have helped students advance from beginner level to tournament level competition. Recently, two of my students have won in their respective tournaments.

I love teaching chess to people who are interested to learn this fascinating game. I have played chess all my life and i am very passionate about it. I can teach little kids as well as to people who wants to improve their chess skills and strategies.

As far as chess goes, anyone can learn how to move a piece, control the board, or utilize move patterns. The thing that separates the average from the adept is the understanding of the multiple levels of "playing". Starting with your mind set, moving on to the game board, and ultimately defeating the opponent sitting across from you...
Defeating your opponent is literally the goal of chess. So, it is important to remember to have fun while being competitive.
I am a Chess Player, and have been since elementary school where I joined the chess club and became addicted to the game. That's when found out my younger brother was cheating when he taught me how to play a few weeks before. Needless to say he cant win against me anymore...OK fine, he gets lucky sometimes...at the end of the day we supported each other and our friends at a bunch of chess tournaments!
Now, at this point in my life, it is time to share some chess knowledge and support someone who is looking for that
As with anything else I teach It is important to understand the fundamentals and then gain knowledge from those experiences onward.
Learning and enjoying anything depends on practice experience as well as separate tactics that cause you to be unique and create an advantage only you have.

When I first began my search for an acting coach I was stressed out because I knew I needed help but I didn't know how to start. Luckily I found the Director, Omar. The Director began by interviewing me to see what my goals and potential were. He then developed a specific lesson plan designed around what he called "The Fundamentals" and I progressed since then. Now after a few months of the Directors support, I know confidently that I am an Actor. I learned things about human behavior and method acting that I couldn't find in any video or online source. The Director somehow made things simple to understand and I'm glad for it. I am not done with the lessons, but since he has supported me and shared his knowledge, the least I can do is share my experience. Thank you Director!
I love to play chess and to teach beginners of all ages This game exercises the analytical and spatial awareness parts of your brain in ways that will strengthen your overall brain function.
I teach gospel piano and beginner piano, flute, chess and English/ESL.
Use your ears, use your fingers and all the other gifts God gave you to assist during your local worship service. I come from a long line (4 generations) of church musicians. I trained classically on piano and flute - and can teach the basics for both instruments across genres. I have also been a journalist for The Associated Press (gotta have a day job!). And have done grant writing work for nonprofits. I can help you improve your English writing and speaking skills. And I love to play chess (gotta have a hobby!). But when it comes to Gospel - you need a little theory and a lot of heart and soul to develop your musical ear! Come join me at my storefront church or we can meet up online. After you get the scales and common chord structures down, you'll be ready
"A very patient and friendly teacher, both my kids have enjoyed learning how to play chess!.
"Mr.Siddharth is a great instructor. My son wanted to join chess, but I wasn't sure how much online classes can help. After few classes, I could see my son
started showing more interest in chess and he was proud of his progress as well. He is looking forward for the class. Thats a very good sign for me. I would highly recommend Mr.Siddharth."
"Atousa taught me many new concepts that I hadn’t seen before and wouldn’t have been able to discover without her help."
"Knew the game well and had lots of experience. Good at explaining."
"This is my 2nd review now for Atousa - which alone says all good about her. I've had 5 lessons with her, and Atousa is AMAZING! She has just about the P
ERFECT COMBINATION of Method and Expertise. Patience - yep, she has that. Encouraging - yep, check that box too. She is not a time stickler; she will go up and beyond to help you learn your stuff! The ONLY challenge I ever have is with the technology with SKYPE - and that is decidedly NOT on Atousa. If there is a quality on desires, seeks in Tutor/Teacher - I dare say Atousa possesses it and manifests it in ABUNDANCE! I can't Recommend Atousa enough. If you want to get good at Chess - Atousa is a BRILLIANT mind and EXCEPTIONAL teacher! You won't be sorry! :) :) :)"
"Very informational. I learn a lot and had a great time!
"Aaron has been teaching my 9 year old son chess lessons. After several months with a weekly lesson, my wife and I are very pleased with his progress. At f
irst we had our doubts about whether online classes would work. The truth is that we are very satisfied because the use of technology added interest for my son in learning. Aaron is very patient and makes the lessons enjoyable, with some humor. He has a teaching method that combines strategy and theory with a love for the game. That is the magic of learning and is the key to advance one's knowledge of any discipline. Now we play more and more competitive matches and his progress is very noticeable. We also appreciate Aaron's feedback about how each lesson went and tips to work on during the week to reinforce what was learned."
"My son (age 11) loved Mr. Siddharth ! Great experience 💙💙"
"My son USCF rating 1400+ took a trial lesson with Danial. Danial is methodical and systematic in his coaching. He was quick to identify what my son needs
to improve in order to get to the next level. The most important thing is that my son enjoyed his one-hour lesson and literally felt that the lesson time flew by as it felt like only 2 minutes long to him. My son gives Danial thumbs up and 5 stars."
