given me insight on what are the best foods to eat and the foods that would increase my weight. She makes each session a relaxed atmosphere to learn. If I make a mistake on my previous week for eating, she doesn't come down on me hard. These classes have given me goals to curve my intake of bad foods like ice cream or cookies."
