Music lessons should be fun, encouraging and full of music that you love. They are an opportunity to learn something new, show your improvement, and receive correction, encouragement and praise. Students and instructors should play together frequently throughout and the time should be balanced with theory, technique and exercises, sight-reading, and performance and seasoned with introductions to a variety of music and styles. I like to encourage students to play because they love to play and to find the music that is an integral part of their soul, then to share that with others through performance. What do you want to do with or gain from your music? We will work toward your goals.
About Jennifer
Music is a huge part of my life and I love sharing that with others. Helping and seeing others discover and develop their talents and find joy in music is something I love. I come from a musical family and have been singing and playing the piano since before I can remember. Flute (and piccolo) le

Welcome everyone! I have a few beliefs: I believe that everyone should know how to play an instrument. Whether it is violin, ukulele, piano, their voice, whatever! Music is a part of what makes us human, and is important for personal development. I believe that no one is "too old" to star

Are you someone that has an ear for music that you want to develop? Allow me to help polish your musicianship with music theory, and ear training exercises. Learn to read and write music from a teacher who understands a "self taught" musician. I began piano at 7 years old writiting my first song at 8. I then polished my style with 8 years of lessons to better understand the anatomy of music. This gives me a unique view on teaching that mixed traditional teaching with a fun modern twist that will get you excited about learninf this beautiful instrument.

I thought, "What do I have to lose, nothing". So I signed up and I have to say after meeting Paul and taking, now 3 lessons, I find that I finally found the instructor for me.
Paul is very attentive to my learning needs and is very accommodating in adopting his teaching style to fit my learning style. I am a slow learner, as well as, a sight learner (in other words, I have to see what one is explaining for me to understand) Paul has taken his time with me to show and explain everything to me.
Paul encourages me to ask questions and he will take the time to answer any question that I have and if I don't understand, Paul will explain it differently to me until I understand. Paul has a vast knowledge in music, Piano and other instruments which is very reassuring to me.
I know I have made the right decision to take my lessons with Paul. I have to say, I will finally be able to achieve a dream of mine that I have had for the past 35 year, and it's all thanks to Paul.
Thank you so much, Paul!!!"
