Jackeline is an exceptionally natural teacher! Her insight, patience and experience are simply unparalleled. This is the best money I have ever spent on learning a language. I would take a class in anything Jackeline was teaching simply because I know she would be the best teacher!

Jackeline is patient yet firm in that she gives you time to recollect and explains why your answer was incorrect. She encourages you to use the new language in the lesson which is most helpful and gives guidelines and exercises to re-enforce the lesson.

I am born and have grown up Deaf. I regularly communicate in American Sign Language (ASL).

During my time at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), I weekly met a few students and helped them with their ASL courses. I signed words and sentences to these students when they asked me questions.

After I have graduated from RIT, I have worked at two federal agencies for three years. At one of these federal agencies, I have participated in ASL courses by one-on-one signing words and sentences to tutees and by having these tutees copy these words and sentences in ASL.

I can provide ASL lessons in the alphabet, common signs, visual description, classifiers, sentence structure, facial expression, body language, specialized signs, and ethical or professional relationships with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing people. In addition these le
ssons, I can explain how signs and sentence structure form.

I'm so pleased that we found Humberto to be my daughter's violin teacher last spring. She's clearly improving and expanding her skills. We also notice that she enthusiastically practices between weekly lessons. This excellent learning experience would not have been possible without the high quality teaching.

Our daughter has recently switched to Viola and I've no doubt she will continue to learn and enjoy learning from Humberto as she has already done with the violin.

I'm 14 and Mr. Humberto treats me like an adult. Mr. Humberto is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He slowly squeezes out all the bad habits that I had and puts good techniques in their place. He pushes me to be a better violinist. I am enjoying my time under Mr. Humberto's direction.

Humberto is one of the best violin instructors I have ever had. On our first lesson he came in with a smile stretching to his ears, and upon hearing me play immediately knew all the things that was wrong with my posture, playing, tone, rhythm and other problems as well. Ever since the first lesson, I have been making rapid improvements. Humberto is a great teacher and a swell guy, I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for violin lessons. -13 year old boy

Consuelo is such a great teacher! I was so nervous to start taking Spanish lessons because I am extremely shy and haven't been doing so well in my Spanish class. She was very attentive to my needs and quickly tailored her lessons to help me improve my biggest weaknesses. With her help I raised my overall class grade from a C to an A within a month and a half. She is a Spanish language miracle worker! GRACIAS CONSUELO!!!
