I can teach you two Taoist sequences - the 18 movement as well as the 108 moves. I usually recommend new students learn the 18 moves first, get this memorized and then move into the 108 moves.

Fitness isn't rocket science. I feel like there is so much mis-information out there about how to lose weight and excersise effectively and it's easy to get confused. I feel like EVERYONE should be able to learn about what works and what doesn't so that you can reach your goals without feeling discouraged by constant setbacks or "yoyo diets".
