Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice and is sometimes referred to as a moving meditation. It can help with high blood pressure, and is a great way to practice relaxation techniques. Tai Chi helps improve balance and flexibility.

I have been teaching Tai Chi in the Taoist Tai Chi style since 2009, certified in set leading and beginner instruction.

I can teach you two Taoist sequences - the 18 movement as well as the 108 moves. I usually recommend new students learn the 18 moves first, get this memorized and then move into the 108 moves.

"Baruk is a real wise and insightful instructor, he takes his time to understand the student and according to their entry level he customizes his training. I have never had any boxing training and I am only 2 months in and I can already see the progress, he shows tough love but that gets you results. His location is amazing as well you have a beautiful lake as a backdrop so the training feels raw and tribal. He also takes his time at the end with some great breath work and meditation practice. Over all I feel like he's a great teacher, and I look forward to seeing what my full potential is through his training, thanks Baruk!"
