About Nicole

As a voice teacher and voice coach, I strive to help the student get to where they want to be vocally. For me, singing is something that brings me joy and I hope to be able to share that with you. It took me a while to realize how much music and singing means to me. While studying something en

Nicole is fabulous! We have twins with different strengths. Nicole was able to tap into each girl's potential and tailor their initial lesson so that they both experienced success. You know it's good when they are already talking about next week!

Dr. Kostritsa has been a wonderful teacher for my daughters. They have made excellent progress with him over the last two years. His flexibility in allowing my older daughter to select some of her own music really helped with motivation. It's also inspiring that he composes and performs his own music as well.
Vladimir
Both of my children took piano lessons with Dr. Alex. He is a patient instructor who puts the needs of his students first. I like his demeanor with the kids as well. Dr. Alex is always in high demand, yet he is flexible and easy to work with.
Denise
My son has been taking lessons with Alex for over five years. They have developed a fabulous rapport and mutual respect. Alex challenges my son and helps to further his skill level and technique. He provides support and suggestions when choosing new pieces to play. Alex is flexible with regards to accommodating schedule changes and make up lessons. We couldn’t be more impressed with Alex as a piano teacher and mentor for our son and we are thankful that he shares his time and talents with young piano students.

We focus on playing and writing music immediately, the theory is second, music playing and having fun is first!

I'm 31 years old and I have been playing music of all kinds since I was 15. I practiced 3 years before I actually played with anyone and once I did I learned so much more. I don't want you to make the same mistake, try out my 30 minute discount rate and we can make sure you are having fun and playing music in no time, if you want to expand into harder lessons then we can worry about that later.

My prices guarantee commitment for my students to practice what I teach. I started teaching more regularly and came across a lot of adults who wanted to learn, they would not practice during the week like most of my children do. Raising my price convinced these people to practice in order to truly get their money’s worth out of the lessons.

About Joshua

Guitar is the most amazing instrument to me. I got really lucky because someone gave me an electric when i was 12 and I just played it. I didn't even know they had to be tuned at first! Once I started playing with people I learned so much so fast. I also went to school for recording and am able

I started lessons with Bill to learn classical guitar after 5 years of self-taught electric and steel string acoustic playing. My playing has improved immensely since I started working with him. Not only has he introduced me to classical guitar but he has taught me how to effectively practice to constantly improve. Bill has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon and I cannot say enough good things. A++
Charles
I have been a classical guitar student of Bill's for the past 6 months. In retirement, I have decided to take what was an "off and on" affair with the classical guitar (I'm not a beginner) and, instead, commit the necessary time and energy to truly learning the instrument. These have been my first serious classical guitar lessons. Prior to these lessons, I was entirely "self-taught" which means I created a whole bunch of bad habits for myself and was not progressing at all. Bill refers to me as a "remedial" student which I think is a perfect description of my playing. Through Bill, I have learned proper technique which, in turn, has improved my tonality and musicality with the classical guitar. Bill has identified my bad habits, broken them down, shown the proper way to overcome them and makes sure I don't "back-slide" into my bad habits again. Bill paces the lessons according to ability, not covering material that's too advanced while still ensuring that the lesson is challenging. In each lesson, Bill is positive, encouraging yet kindly critical so that I know I am making progress yet always aware of what areas I need to work on. Bill has the right "make-up" for a teacher and I am pleased, and without reservation, to give Bill a 5 star rating.
Steve
I have been a student of Bill's for almost three years. Bill's teaching is characterized by clarity of expression, high standards, patience and an upbeat and pleasant disposition. He is always clear and direct when explaining the technical aspects of playing- no matter how complex the matter at hand. He holds you (and himself) to a high standard- no shortcuts- you learn to do it right. Yet he is so pleasant to be with that every minute of every lesson is truly enjoyable. Every time I leave I am ready to practice and can't wait to return.

"I sang in choirs in Jr High and High School but never had vocal lessons one-on-one. I wanted to try something new and something that I enjoy. Mikayla has made my first vocal lessons a great experience! She takes the lessons at a nice pace. It's a good balance of not overwhelming you but at the same time pushing you to improve. The lessons have been really fun and instructive."

"Elena teaches our 7 year old daughter acoustic guitar and voice for a few months now. Within those few months our daughter has learned so much. Elena makes sure the goals that are set are met and makes it so much fun while doing so. As our daughter progresses, Elena makes it a little more challenging but not to the point where it gets frustrating. Our daughter LOVES her and so do we. Elena is all what we expected in a teacher and more. Definitely recommend her!"

"I can't recommend Alina enough. There are 'teachers' out there who are largely cheerleaders, offering lots of encouragement but not much advice or help. Alina is encouraging, for sure, but what I love about her is that she knows her stuff, helps you zero in on what you need to do to improve, and then helps you actually improve with great feedback and advice. Fantastic, I couldn't be happier, thank you Alina!"

Going out to a match-up site you never know what you're going to get and I have to say that we could not have gotten any luckier finding him right from the start. Great teacher, great people skills, friendly, on time, courteous, just a good person. Will continue lessons with Jeremie for the foreseeable future. 5 Ways To Prepare For Bluegrass Guitar Lessons

Starting bluegrass guitar lessons is fun and exciting, and odds are you'll have a lot to learn! Guitar teacher Samuel B. shares a few things you'll want to do before you get started... Bluegrass is as much a piece of American musical culture as jazz, blues, country, gospel and early rock and roll. All of these styles (save for jazz) are based on the same three chords: C, F and G7th. Three of these styles (blues, country and gospel) are based on a slow rhythm that allows the guitarist room to …
