I have played a lot of on-line Texas Hold-Em. My biggest take was a 12k win. I understand the game from the basics to the more advanced techniques. I have worked for on-line sites, played many live tournaments, table play etc...
THIS IS TEXAS HOLD 'EM ONLY.
This class is directed more at the beginner and the "intermediate" player who feels stuck, unable to move to the upper echelon. This class is a stout review of the solid basics required to win more than you lose. That is, to come out ahead in the long run, instead of walking away at the wrong time, or simply playing bad hands or getting pulled into expensive pots on a draw. If you understand any of this description, this class is for you. If not, I would look elsewhere. This is not a class for advanced players. I am an advanced player and such a pairing would be an attempt at lateral instruction and that dynamic rarely works in my experience.

About Randy

I have always been an actor first, it is the craft and discipline in which I hold my advanced degrees; it is my first and eternal love. There really isn't much more one could add to such a claim. Simultaneously I have believed a teacher is born, not bred; and I was born to be in theatre, and now, w

Ryan was very helpful. He communicated in a very clear and concise fashion. Looking forward to next week’s session.

Ryan was good about starting and continuing the lesson based on my questions. He has a very easy style of teaching where I feel comfortable asking about what I don't understand, and his answers are geared to my level of understanding about the game.

"Anne-Louise has a very intuitive approach to teaching which matched my kinesthetic learning style. She helped me learn how to use my machine and I will work on a project so she can help answer any questions at the next lesson. We were definitely a fit. Thanks."

"Maria is a fantastic pattern maker and sewing teacher! She was able to make a pattern out of my existing garment without taking it apart and walked me through all the steps of re-creating the item. Not only is she very knowledgable, she is also a great teacher and was able to explain things to me so I could retain them and practice on my own. I was completely new to sewing and she patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the different stitches. She also taught me how to setup and use my new sewing machine! Maria is a very down to earth and easy going person; it was really fun chatting during our lessons. I will definitely be back for more lessons!"

"My son USCF rating 1400+ took a trial lesson with Danial. Danial is methodical and systematic in his coaching. He was quick to identify what my son needs to improve in order to get to the next level. The most important thing is that my son enjoyed his one-hour lesson and literally felt that the lesson time flew by as it felt like only 2 minutes long to him. My son gives Danial thumbs up and 5 stars."
