I am proficient in Spanish and completed three years of study. As a substitute teacher I have taught Spanish classes on several occasions. As a professional tutor, I have helped individual students learn Spanish.
"Great tutor."
- Gerald G.Cibolo, TX on 6/19/13
Tim was an excellent tutor for my teenage son. He was always on time for their tutoring sessions, very accomendating to our busy schedule, and was very patient with my student. Tim adjusted and flexed to my son's tutoring needs. Tim changed channels and assisted with English as well as with Spanish as my son's studying needs dictated. He challenged my son and taught him how to determine the answer; he did not just give my son the answers. My student received fantastic scores on his homework and tests after studying with Tim. My son and I are very pleased with Tim as a tutor; I think you will be, too. We recommend Tim to meet your tutoring needs.

I have been a Spanish instructor teaching at the post-secondary level for seven years, where I have taught first and second-year Spanish as well as composition classes, and classes for Spanish heritage Speakers. As a Spanish instructor, I have had the opportunity to work with a diversity of students, from different backgrounds. As a Spanish instructor, one of the most important goals in class is to help students learn the language properly. Furthermore, one of my objectives is to motivate students fulfill their potential and imbued them an interest for the Spanish language as well as the Hispanic culture. It is also of my interest that my students get involved and enjoy non-academic activities where they can have the opportunity to practice the target language as well as the culture.
