Book NowWith my Dance Choreography lessons, we will focus on building awareness of the body, understanding musicality, style/swag and control. Although we will work on choreo retention (picking up and remembering steps), the main focus of each lesson will be on movement quality: speed variation, attention to detail and execution of the texture(s) of each movement. Lastly, in my lessons, we will learn how to FEEL and CONNECT to the artist/music. I believe that if you feel good, you'll look good!
Not convince? Book a 30min session with me for Free and I'll prove that you can become awesome dancer, while having a great time!

So, what is improv? Improvisation, or improv, is a form of live theatre in which the plot, characters and dialogue of a game, scene or story are made up in the moment. Often improvisers will take a suggestion from the audience, or or draw on some other source of inspiration to get started.
Improvisation, in my opinion, is one of the most important talents that an actor can acquire. I feel that it is essential in method acting and, as a theatre performer who understands that anything can happen on stage in front of a live audience, it is a tool of survival. Improv can also unlock our ability to be natural and, in turn, more believable.
Last but not least, an actor who has mastered the art of improv will be more confident and less nervous on stage.

She immediately, made me feel very comfortable. She tried me with some roles, calmed my fears, and coached me right into my comfort zone. However, she kept me up-to-date and realizing that I could reach beyond just the comfortable area if I wished. I booked my first two auditions. I started on stage, now I am in her home, and online. She is a great teacher, acting and inspirational coach, with a passion and love to help the student to reach your goal. She has become an endearing friend like a daughter to me.
