This combination is necessary for students to understand the language, to interpret and build their own medical terms. Medical Terminology is important in the use of reading Doctors' diagnoses and providing accuracy in Medical Records and coding. A misdiagnosis can lead to a wrong treatment and eventually to a patient's death. Therefore, it is a must that students in Medical field be familiar with Medical Terminology.

I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Chemistry and also a previous chemistry TA, I tutored Chem 1 students for many years. I also have a physics background so I'm uniquely able to teach general chemistry students because I understand the physics part of the chemistry, not just the chemistry parts.
