I started with Patty's classes in 2001. I was 51 years old and getting pretty beat up by Menopause
and Endometriosis in particular. I was a Jogger for many years but needed to add a good class with
weights and high and low impact exercise to really get into good shape. My best friend recommended
Patty's Classes and rest as they say is History.

Everyone knows that Exercise is critical to good health and if you have any chronic conditions is it
especially important !! Patty's training sessions are the best I have ever gone to - in addition to the exercises, the knowledge
she has imparted to all of us has been just as rewarding. I schedule everything "around" my training.
because I never want to miss and the older I get the more critical it is for me !

It is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination when I say that her training session have saved my life
because it is literally true. I had a serious illness a few years ago that took such a physical toll that there
is no way I could have survived it had I not been in the best physical shape of my life and that was at age 60 !
Oh and her Boot Camp class is the best ever - hands down.

When I began to train with Patty I was a vending machine addict. Patty helped me kick my habit! I would buy 4 pops a day @ $1.25. This added up to $100 a month. I would also buy other vending machine items, totaling up to an additional $40.00 a month.
My work junk food vending machine habit ran me $140.00 a month...which pays for over half of what I spend in training with Patty! When people tell me I must be rich to have a trainer, I tell them "I just stopped eating and drinking crap and it pays for my sessions"...people don't realize how much they spend on junk food....hope this helps someone else! What makes the Skype workout so convenient is, that I can literally get up, go to the living room and start my workout. I do not have to leave my home and that makes it so much easier to continue on with exercise. It is the perfect amount of working out. About Darren
Darren R. Wong is a member of The Kinjaz from NBC's World of Dance and has been teaching, performing and choreographing in the Hip Hop community for 13 years.

He has also been a part of world-renowned Hip Hop organizations such as Culture Shock LA and Kaba Modern and spent 4 years on the faculty of the Claire Trevor School School of the Arts at the University of California, Irvine as an adjunct lecturer of Breakin'.

He has been sharing his experience and knowledge by teaching and training dancers of all skill levels, from college performing arts programs, dance studios and online students from around the world, how to break with the knowledge that he has been fortunate enough to gain.

Darren's goal is to share what dance has given him in his life by providing in person or online dance courses for up and coming dancers who may b
e intimidated or self-conscious to start dancing or do not have access to experienced teachers or a dance studio with classes that interest them around them.

His courses allow both new and experienced dancers from all over the world to have access to an experienced teacher who understands the ins and outs of how to break down movements to its simplest form, so a student can confidently learn a movement with correct technique, execute them to music and piece them together to create their own combinations whenever and wherever without having to step foot into a studio.

He aspires not only to help those in his local dance community, but also dance communities worldwide who may not have direct access to the techniques and knowledge that was shared with him.

My experience with Darren was nothting short of outstanding! He has a neverending wheelhouse of moves that he can teach you. More importantly, he can help any bboy or regular dancer with the most important aspect of dance: staying on beat 100% of the time while doing these moves! He was kind, patient, punctual, and very talented. Anyone who wants to learn dance the right way can accelerate their learning by working with Darren!

Darren was very patient and nonjudgmental. I think he is a very good instructor. I was a little unsure as to how well a dance lesson would go over the internet but he put those fears to rest. I give him five stars for his knowledge and because he made me feel comfortable.

One of my clients was moving and traveling around quite a bit, and he wanted help getting a solid workout regimen that was safe for his shoulder injury. PLUS he wanted to learn how to speak Chinese Mandarin through our workouts! Needless to say, this has been quite the fun and challenging mission for BOTH of us – he has improved significantly in endurance, body mass composition, and his new language skills – all while keeping his shoulder safe.

My favorite exercise is…
The vinyasa series in yoga (plank, chaturanga, upward-facing dog, downward-facing dog): it is so good for the entire body in terms of building strength, stamina and flexibility! I always try to include at least a few of these in each workout (maybe as part of the dynamic warm-up of a bootcamp class, and definitely as part of my yoga flows). It helps mobilize the spine, warm up the shoulders and hamstrings, activate the core, and center your focus.

Yoga teaches me how to breathe through the difficult times, how to listen to my body, yoga reminds me to surrender, forgive, and encourages me to accept change. Wow!! It was my first time doing yoga (my fiancee made me do it, LOL). I really enjoyed this class with Angelica. She made me feel very comfortable. She was supportive and helped me get into positions when I struggled. I would definitely take another class with her.

She is patient and attentive to your needs. She is flexible and will modify moves if needed. I am a plus size woman and I had never done yoga before. I wanted something that could help me continue healing after a severe back injury and Angelica at CurvyChick Yoga designed a workout that was sensitive to my needs and still challenged me. I will definitely be a repeat client.

Hi there! I have been swimming competitively since age 4 and fell in love! From there I swam all the way through college where I competed in a Division I program with a full scholarship. I was captain of the team for 2 years and made Olympic Trials....which was the most exciting moment for me! I started giving lessons when I was about 10 and even coached a high school team for 6 years. I work with little ones (or not so little ones) just learning to swim, elite athletes who want to improve their technique (each stroke, starts and turns), triathletes and everyone in between!
