Daniel’s years of teaching experience show effortlessly. He is so honest and open, my daughter and he have such a great rapore. So happy we signed up with him, and he’s exposing my daughter to so many facets of music. He’s also very accommodating to make lesson times work should something unexpected come up on the customer’s end.

Daniel doesn't just teach you about playing, he teaches you about different types of music, and even how to compose songs. He is very patient, and is a natural instructor. He has so much knowledge to share, and he does so in a very nurturing way. We couldn't be happier.

I have been teaching classical and electric guitar for about 9 years and I structure my lessons according to a student's goals, and objectives on the instrument. My students have been able to learn tunes by ear, and understand chord progressions and structures, and play with a pick or finger style!
I specialize in rock, metal, classical and jazz, and I can also teach extended range guitars and alternate tunings. Learn to shred, sweep, alternate pick and hybrid pick like no one's business!

About Poh Hock

Hi! My name is Poh. I have been playing music for at least 20 years and I have been teaching the guitar for about 9 years now. I provide lessons at your home, my studio and online! I have a very hands-on approach to teaching and I believe that students should have fun while learning. I also do

Poh Hock is a great teacher that really has a passion for playing and teaching guitar. His style of teaching is very precise and methodical. I learned a lot of songs taking lessons with him but more importantly Poh Hock taught me how to practice material that I was working on. The lessons were really more like guided practice sessions. While some teachers that I've had might just use the lesson to teach material and have me practice over the week, Poh Hock used lesson time to really drill sections and get them to sound good. I absolutely recommend Poh Hock as a teacher for anyone who seriously wants to improve their playing and their approach to music in general.
Alex
When I heard that the lead guitarist for one of my favorite bands, Native Construct, was offering lessons, I knew I had to give it a try. Having had only a year of experience beforehand, my skills were shaky to say the least. I've taken weekly .lessons for a few months and have seen a marked improvement in my fundamental skills. Not only does Poh Hock create a great learning environment, but he also creates a very relaxed one. If I didn't improve as much as he thought I should've over the course of a week, he didn't get on me about practicing more. Instead, he worked with me to determine where I was struggling and then would help me overcome it. I really can't recommend Poh Hock enough.

Bil is a great instructor. I was looking for an experienced Jazz pianist, as there are a lot of things about jazz you can only learn about someone extremely experienced. Bil doesn't disappoint- he explains things in a very intuitive and logical manner, on top of being extremely personable and enjoyable to learn from. I look forward to my future lessons with him.

I have been teaching guitar professionally for over 4 years in the Atlanta area. As a recent graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Jazz Guitar Performance, I have developed a deep love for music and the guitar which I thoroughly enjoy sharing with my students. I currently teach and perform, traveling across the United States with various groups performing a multitude of genres, all of which I love teaching and sharing with eager students! I was not a "natural" guitarist, so I have a great method for making guitar/music make sense so that all of my students can be successful. I look forward to working with you!

About Patrick

I am a professional guitarist, composer, and educator living in the Greater Atlanta Area. I started playing guitar while in high school at Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School. I owe a lot of my success to my time spent here as this school is consistently ranked one of the top schools in the nation. I

My lesson plans are designed to be musical and fun. I want my students to understand the language of the music by studying their favorite bands and understanding the theory behind it. I have a strategy for everyone starting from beginner, intermediate, to advanced. I remember picking up a guitar for the first time and what a struggle it was to play my favorite songs. There is a method for achieving these goals and it is different for everyone. The one thing that will allow you to succeed is having a desire to learn and a passion for music. If you have those two things then I can direct you to the right path to achieve your musical goals!

My 14 year old daughter has loved having Steven as her piano teacher so much so in fact that she also wanted to try voice as well (even with her anxiety!). Her overall confidence and skills in playing have increased tremendously which she is thrilled with. We purchased packages of 5 at a time and we were happy with Steven's instruction in my home in Katy.

Steven is very personable and put my 13 daughter at ease very quickly. She was excited to start piano lessons and was very encouraged after her first lesson — so encouraged in fact that I’m glad we have purchased 5 lessons already! And she has been enjoying the practice as well!

Our 6 1/2 yr old grandson is so shy he wouldn’t talk to Steve but Steve figured out a way to work with him anyway & grandson was very happy!!

"I needed someone who was willing to teach me how to play guitar. But not just anybody. I wanted someone who was patient, didn't judge, and had the same love for music as I do. Eddie is just that person! And his motto is something that I now go by, "to learn, slower is faster." Definitely returning to get piano lessons too!!"

"I can't say enough about Ahmad. Last year, I decided to buy myself a guitar for my birthday and teach myself how to play. That didn't go well or last long, so this year my brother, bought me guitar lessons with Ahmad. My brother had been watching videos and liked the instructor.
Ahmad is so patient and genuine. He really loves music and want to share his knowledge with everyone. Ahmad is a great instructor with a lot of patience and true passion for music. He cares about making sure you are learning and is excited for your improvement. Thanks Ahmad for helping me learn how to play guitar and for my deeper love of music!"
