#iLiveForDance. It's a way to lose yourself and find yourself at the same time. Each and every one of us has what it takes to succeed. Dance inspires a connection with the dancers inner self to access their creativity and bring happiness and positive energy into their lives. Dance is deeply personal. I emphasize primarily on the importance of having a healthy body image and lifestyle, coupled with learning discipline, perseverance and self-awareness. DANCE IS A SOURCE OF CREATIVITY AND AN EMPOWERING FORM OF SELF EXPRESSION. By harmonizing body, mind, and spirit young women can affirm who they were created to be!
John W. is the Founding Artistic Director and Ballet Master of The JohnC Art Ballet. Under the direction of Maria Lewis, he was a soloist at the Pacific Ballet Theatre (Vancouver, BC). He was accepted to the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, sight unseen, due to RAD and ISTD standing, recommendations from John Marshall and Yvonne Cusack. Also accepted to the Saskatchewan Dance Theatre under the direction of Lucia Pavlychenko and the Alberta Ballet under the direction of Arnold Sphor, Director. John was an Associate Professor on the Dance Faculty of Scripps College in Claremont, California, where he, along with Gary Bates, established the degree program in dance and developed a technique for Beginning Ballet through Level IV. While at the university he also taught Pedagogy and choreography.

I have been teaching since I was 15 years old! Started with peer to peer tutoring to summer lifeguard and swim lessons for all ages in pool and the ocean! Today, after years of singing back up and performing as a keyboardist or drummer for STOMP, Celtic Celebration, Olivia Newton John, Lou Reed, Rod Stewart and musical theater tour productions of GREASE, No No Nannette, XANADU; I continue teaching to keep me sharing my joy of music and learning!
Barre technique, centre technique, strengthening and flexibility.
I studied classical ballet from the age of 11 at the nationally renown, California Riverside Ballet, as well as the professional company, BalletMagnificat in Jackson, MS. I studied Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Tap, Modern, Contemporary and Lyrical both privately and at Riverside Community College. I currently travel around Orange County and the Inland Empire teaching at various studios, as well as performing.
I'm trained in ballet, jazz, hip hip, and dunham, and have taught routines and technique to people of all ages. Having a private tutor who knows your dancing and can work on improving specifics is honestly the most useful thing in the world for an aspiring dancer, so I want to have a personal relationship with every student to provide the best education for them.
I'm 19, and an actress, singer, and dancer with 5-10 years of experience in all 3. I've worked with kids in multiple theater companies and dance studios, and I love teaching people and encouraging their love of performing! I'm happy to teach multiple students at once, and I can accommodate to any level of experience they might have (including none at all).
Pre-ballet, Tiny Toes, Primary, Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced, as well as Pre Pointe through Intermediate Pointe. Age 3 through Adults.
My passion for dance started at a young age, when I began studying at a local studio in Orange County, California. I continued to study dance pedagogy at Northern California Ballet Theater and went on to dance professionally for several major companies. I created an innovative dance syllabus which I have taught to numerous young dance students for the last 20 years. During my career, I have choreographed several musicals, as well as pageants.
"Steven is very professional and extremely helpful. He always has a smile on and is serious about helping you phrase the music. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
"It's been really exciting so far! Jordan has been so helpful, so knowledgeable. I could not have found a better instructor and I'm getting better and better every day."
"My daughter's wedding was weeks away and I had never been able to dance a step. With Jenny's help, I came further than ever before in such short time in any subject."
