She really makes you feel okay in your skin, and encourages you to step outside your own boundaries and really find ways to truly improve your vocal performance. I had no formal or informal voice training before taking lessons with Arlys. I knew I was at a point where my voice had to improve if I wanted to continue leading in a musical setting. And I knew that if I was going to take voice lessons, I would go with the best instructor possible.

A wonderful and enthusiastic teacher!!! Will be requesting her in the near future. She really help me understand my vocals and how to extend my vocal range as far as hitting high notes.

I found her personality to be so infectious! And she taught me warmup techniques I have never seen despite being in choir virtually my whole life. I love that she has a dance background and places such an emphasis on knowing your body. I think she's a great human being as well as a gifted teacher, and I highly recommend her!
