Joe has done a tremendous job with my five-year-old son, who, having ADHD, is generally a challenge for his parents and teachers. Joe has made the lessons fun for my son, who is progressing and engaged at a level I never envisioned.

I have personally been working with Stefano for the past two years and he is hands down one of the best guitarists and musicians I've had the pleasure of working with. He's a level headed person and easy to work with. Also incredibly patient while teaching and knowledgeable about the guitar and the way it has developed through the years with it's technique and repertoire.

Stefano is a phenomenal young guitar teacher with excellent rates for private lessons.

I must say that since my son, Richard (12 years old) started taking classes with Stefano, he has learned to play the guitar properly. As a trumpet player and High School teacher of 18 years myself, I wanted to my son to not only play chords (which is how many guitar teachers teach) but also to play classical music as well as rock and most importantly to learn to read musical notes.
My son is very happy to be taking classes with Stefano, to the the extent that he looks forward for the next class as opposed to other teachers he has had in the past. Stefano's professionalism, ethics, and kindness are superb. He is a natural teacher with teaching skills that will go very far as a guitar instructor while making students feel comfortable while learning. He has an eye to catch all the kinds of mistakes my son makes, whether they are from sitting, holding the guitar to actually playing. He is patient, always taking his time and follows up with an emails with the lessons covered and even with suggestions for my son to follow up with during practices. I could not be happier with Stefano as my son's guitar teacher . We are so are so fortunate to have found this young man through takelessons.com. The suggestions from takelessons.com counselor were on point!

Andrew R.

Little Falls, NJ

About Andrew

I started taking guitar lessons at the age of 14, and was hooked ever since. I have learned to play the guitar, bass, and piano in the past 14 years. Currently looking to learn more instruments because, I just love music in general! Music wise, I currently play in a band Ronin. In various bands, including this one, I have opened up for Shinedown, Halestorm, Papa Roach, Buckcherry, Stone Sour, Saving Abel, Fuel, and more at Starland Ballroom. During the day I work as a Title 1 Aide in a nice school district here in New Jersey. I do small group instruction involving guided reading, writing, and common core math. I received my B.A. in childhood education K-5 from Montclair State University, and my A.A. in Music from County College of Morris. Any questions don't hesitate to ask!
