A morpheme is a portion of a word that makes a difference in meaning or grammatical form. For English, morphemes are primarily root, prefix and suffixes; however, in ASL, morphemes included facial expressions, mouth movements, eye gaze, head tilt, body position, etc. We will practice these movements while playing reinforcement games.
