I have a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish as a foreign language, Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and I am a native speaker. I have more than 3 years of experience teaching students language both as a tutor and a classroom teacher. I want to provide you with a supportive environment where you can learn and reach your potential just like I have done in the past with former students. I believe this is crucial in order for learning to happen.

I use techniques that are researched based as well as techniques I used to learn my languages. As a language learner myself, I understand how challenging it can be to learn a new language! Let's work hard together to improve!

Spanish is a unique language; it’s one of the easiest to be introduced to, yet remains a great challenge for anyone wishing to grow their linguistic repertoire. Through learning another language, you get to learn more ways on how to express yourself and to see how similarities between cultures exist, plus a plethora of other wonderful possibilities, like, for example, traveling to other countries and places that speak the language. Learning is always fun, and whenever challenging it can help you to grow.

With these sessions, I will cover, in depth, the vocabulary, grammar, and other linguistic features of Spanish.

I am linguist with pre doctorate studies. I am patient, caring and kind teacher. I am completely dedicated to teaching and I like to develop the knowledge of my students and their needs. I like to engage students in learning in a funny approach but I am also very organized and I do a lot of preparation. I have an experience of more than 15 years and I have already taught to speak Spanish and other languages hundreds of people.

I bring a passion to teaching Spanish that stems from being a teacher for over 30 years! I want to help students learn in a fun way by conversations that spark joy. I can help you with your homework, or we can talk about your favorite sports, art or movie. I believe that the best way to learn is when you can connect with the material and incorporate it into your everyday life!

I have been teaching professionally for 10 years. Most of them abroad, in Ireland and Turkey and always at the Instituto Cervantes and in several universities, last year in Barcelona, at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. I do love to teach Spanish to groups but specially private lessons as they give me the option to build an specific curriculum for that student, work on the needs and what he really wants to learn. My lessons are very dynamic and also fun, we work all the aspects and also the culture from Spain if you're interested. I have a long experience teaching students from all over the world, with different ages and levels.
