Learn the basics of Microsoft Word

Experienced teacher of Microsoft Word available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation of skills. I typically use books, and also have the tools available to use during lessons.

I am a Microsoft-certified Word Expert User and have taught it to students of all ages. In addition, I am an advanced user and experienced teacher of all Office applications. So whether you're new to Word and just want an overview of where to find and how to use various commands, or if you're an experienced Word user who wants to create forms, mail merges or macros, I can create a customized instructional plan to get you the skills you're looking for.

Prior to your first lesson I will ask about your current knowledge of Word and how much you've used it. I'll also ask what you want to be able to do with Word when our instruction is complete. That allows me to come to the first lesson ready to hit the ground running!

Also, there is no need to worry about forgetting what we cover during classes, because I provide each student with their own copy of a collection of tips, tricks and shortcuts I've put together.
