CHRIS was awesome!!! My first lesson was with a guitar that I’d had for years, he fixed the guitar so that I would have something to practice on, whilst he fixed the guitar he didn’t forget why he was there and went over notes and chords etc, After fixing my guitar we had time to go over the gchord and I pretty much had it as he was walking out the door. I’m very pleased!!!

Jason is an awesome and patient teacher. Can't recommend him enough!

He knows how to teach, but he taught from his iPad, iPhone, in his car. I kept asking him how to draw, and he kept showing me from his iPad. This didn't translate to a good experience. If he wants to teach, he needs to do it NOT from his car.

Jason was very patient with me and very nice. I loved what I've learned so far and can't wait to learn more!

"Aleksander helped my son prepare for Regents Exams in Math (Algebra, Geometry and Trig.), English and SAT. The results were spectacular. He graduated high school with 98% average in Math and English. He scored above 1500 on the SAT and was accepted into a school of his choice with a scholarship. Aleksander guided us through with college application process, helped fill out FAFSA, and helped my son select a major he is happy with. Great instructor! Great person!"

"We were given Matthews name from a friend that used him for her two sons ACT tests and were happy with the results. My daughter studied with him multiple times at a mutual site preparing for her ACT test. He would not only explain why she missed a problem on a practice test but then teach her so she understood the concept. He was very diligent, professional and thorough in his tutoring. My daughter went up 4 points on her ACT! Couldn’t be happier and HIGHLY recommend Matthew."

How to Score a 5 on the AP Calculus Test

Getting ready to take the AP Calculus test? Brush up on these study tips from Olympia, WA tutor Tali H...   The AP Calculus exam is rumored to be one of the harder AP tests - especially for those of us who math doesn't come easily to. The test takes three hours and 15 minutes, and has 45 multiple-choice questions and six short-answer questions. Both types have a non-calculator part and a calculator part. Even though it sounds daunting, with some determination and productive studying, …
