Professional saxophonist, trained at the nations top music schools, I teach students of all levels and ages, whether just beginning or an experienced player. I have a great amount of experience in both classical and jazz and have been playing for about 21 years myself.
In addition to helping students establish solid fundamentals, I can help you reach your goals, whether that be through working on classical solo repertoire, jazz and improvisation, band music, preparing for a competition or audition, and more. I try to make lessons fun and enjoyable for the student.
If you don't live near me, online lessons are a great alternative to in person lessons. I have had success teaching many students of various abilities and ages throughout the country and abroad online! I have taught online students from 26 different states and 3 other countries.

This is a Preschool class offered. I have taught this Rhythm and Pulse class to children as young as 1 year old and I teach up through 6 years old depending on the child.
What I work on is helping the student build Rhythm, and Pulse (or Tempo) For this age group the children are getting hands-on play with up to 15 different instruments. Each lesson reinforces each other to help the student develop what are called "Preplaying" Skills.
