I feel the music industry is headed in a new and exciting direction, embracing technology and breaking down old barriers - the divide between Classical and Popular music. It is important that teachers and musicians be involved and vital to this change. It is the combination of old tradition and new creativity that I want to impart on my students.

I have been teaching cello for 4 years. My goal not only is to help students play more fluidly, but to help increase their sound production. I notice that in most public schools, the students aren't given much attention that they probably would like to help them excel. I would like to help push the boundary little by little. I use different teaching methods including Suzuki, scales, etudes, popular rep, and many other exercises.
