Heidi is a fantastic music teacher. My daughter has been with many music teachers. Heidi is her most favorite. Heidi has demonstrated extraordinary initiative, creativity and insight in the planning and implementation of lessons. Based on my daughter's individual needs, she responds by making appropriate adjustments in her instruction.

Heidi uses skype to teach and also uses it to communicate with us that makes us feel she is always there. She always responses to our questions.

She created a fun chart for my daughter for day to day practice assignments that helps my daughter to keep on track of her practice and she is eager practice and ill the chart. She also upload the videos and audios to help my daughter day-to-day practice.

Thank you Heidi!

He also covers all the bases like sight reading, theory and improvisation, as well as a broad array is different styles of music. I really enjoy my lessons and my playing has greatly improved.

About Sara
Hi! My name is Sara. My studio began in 2000, teaching one violin student. I took a break and went to college to earn my A.A. in Music and my Piano Performance Certificate from Riverside Community College in California. I graduated Great Distinction and was on the Dean's list. I received many piano and academic scholarships. While in college I started my studio in Riverside California teaching Piano to an autistic child. I taught him 3 times a week and made exceptional progress. I enjoyed it so much I started teaching full time in 2008 teaching piano, harp, violin, voice, guitar, flute and clarinet. Soon I had 50 students and created a 501 (c) (3) non-profit music school. My students and I perform for the public, including nursing homes. The performances are important for the students progress as well as the Piano Guild where students are
adjudicated by judges in a non competitive environment. Moving back to my hometown, I am excited to meet new students!

I am in a choir directed by Annie and it has been such a great experience. She is clear in her instructions, able to solve issues and trouble shoot problems, and able to include all levels of musicians in the same group - not an easy thing to do. I also was in a beginning ukulele class taught by Annie - what fun! She gave easy to follow lessons in rhythm, reading notes, and fingering/strumming patterns. Everyone had fun, learned a lot, and left the class able to play some songs and had the tools to learn more on their own.
